Come and truly enjoy your vacation at Sands of Laguna!!

This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee is $175.00. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the lower floor. There are about 5 steps to climb from the parking area. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the unit door.

No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking allowed on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA

Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area.

Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds and a Full size bed with access to full bathroom in the hall
Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tv with cable & private WI-Fi access

*PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THERE IS NO EXTRA PARKING ONLY ONE VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED.

May vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sands of Laguna! Being able to just walk straight out on to the beach was awesome! We enjoyed the zoo which wasn’t far away! We went to Shell Island, but was disappointed, there were no shells. If you go, be sure to go at low tide.

Laguna beach Gem with fabulous view

This was our second stay and we are already planning another. The location is ideal, just steps to the beach and many great restaurants only a few miles away. The unit is clean and equipped with everything you could need. Lisa was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond when we had trouble with the tv. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing

Beautiful place, spacious, clean, updated! Beautiful kitchen! Amazing location steps to the beach and showers outside so you don’t enter the house dirty with sand. The oooonly thing I didn’t like was the water pressure on the master bathroom but overall I want to go back to this place!

Beautiful condo and safe and quiet. Clean condo and plenty of room for family. Would definitely come back. Lisa helped us check in and kept in contact with us through our stay. Beautiful beach and steps away from the gulf. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas right outside the condo but they actually have a closet full of chairs and toys for kids.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time in Lisa’s beach front unit.My family of (4) two adults and twin teens make a trip to Panama City Beach area once or more a year and find beach front condos to stay at and this unit did not disappoint! The unit was super clean (spotless) upon arrival.The unit had everything you need in the kitchen and in front bedroom closet you had all you needed for the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas etc…) The outdoor patio had plenty of seating and tables to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with amazing views of the ocean right off your deck! My wife is super picky and she said we would definitely stay here again and I agreed! Try it you will love it! Enjoy and stay blessed!

PCB Beach Condo

The property ws great except for one thing. We could not watch Netflix or Amazon Prime on the living room TV. When we tried to watch a show every few minutes we were kicked off of the service and had to restart the program. This happened so often that it was not watchable. I was able to watch Netflix and Amazon on my computer with no trouble.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a perfect little getaway! Close enough to all that 30A has to offer! Its literally right on the beach ! Very easy to get all of our beac gear down there. It had all that you needed! I’d recommend bringing laundry detergent with you, that’s the only thing we were missing it. All in all, we had a great stay and we will be back!

The condo was perfect, the location was awesome and the weather was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and plan to return in December. This was 1 of the top condo's I have ever stayed in!!! Not to mention Lisa she was GREAT and provided me with all the information and requests that I had asked for!! I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10, just perfect 💕

Worth it!

We enjoyed our stay we extended it two more days. Any issue I told the manager about was solved quickly. Storm took out power for 3 hours and they kept checking on us. We just went down to the beach. This is the first floor condo and it was beautiful. The app does not show the newest remodel. The walk-in shower was great. Washer and dryer in the other bathroom was great to have. The laminate flooring throughout was beautiful. So many dishes in the cabinets. I will return. Without my pets next time. Pet friendly, my dog got out and ran into the highway 3 times. She found her way back to us each time but was very stressful. Surrounding owners of condos were very pleasant even when our dogs barked at them every single time. Friendly place. Clean. Beautiful. Walking off patio to beach was awesome.

Wonderful Experience!

This was an excellent property. It was perfect for our smaller group (5). Very well kept, updated furnishings and very very clean which was important to us! Small number of units made it more like a house for a small group and plenty of open space on the beach. We will definitely be back!! Property management group was very friendly and responsive! Great vacation!
