STEPS from the Rosemary Tennis Courts! Carriage House/Studio Apartment! Bordering the Rosemary Beach tennis courts, you'll feel like you are part of Rosemary without the Rosemary prices. Our carriage home is located less than .25 miles from the beach and .20 miles from all of the Rosemary restaurants and boutiques. Walk out our driveway and make a left. You can see the gulf! Our beach access is on our street! There is so much to do without ever getting in your car: dining, shops, coffee houses, spas, tennis, and bike paths
Welcome to Our Carriage House named Emerald Court! Emerald Court is nestled above a single car garage. The private quarters are well appointed with a living room, a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 TVS, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom.
The Living Room features include a sofa which converts into a queen sofa bed, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, & TV console that folds out into a table and with 2 dining chairs for your use. The kitchenette which is in the living room has a mini frig, sink, microwave, keurig, blender, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle pan, dinnerware/silverware, pots/pans etc. Does NOT have a dishwasher!
The bedroom is well appointed with a closet and dresser drawers under the TV console (does not have a door. It is all one space) and separate full bath which has a private door.
Our Carriage House includes all the amenities one desires:
-2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a pack n play
-Living Room and Bedroom TV with HULU for cable, NETFLIX, and DISNEY PLUS.
-high speed wifi internet
-2 beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and coffee to help make your packing load lighter
-we have parking for 1 car with the Carriage House rental

You also have the option to rent the main house together with this Carriage House or just the main house. If you go to my profile you should be able to see all my listings!
*It is possible that during your stay you will be sharing the lot that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party that have rented the main house which you can find the listing to it on my profile. You will have no access to the courtyard or private pool with this listing. The private pool is for main house guests only or guests that rent both the main and carriage house together*
**Located steps outside the Rosemary Beach community there is NO access to Rosemary Beach community pools or beach walkovers. Our beach access is located directly on our street and is public requiring no codes.**

The location of the adorable little loft is perfect. It is decorated with perfection for a beach atmosphere and has all the things you need for a relaxing getaway. The beach chairs,, towels and umbrella were extremely appreciated. You are in walking distance to beach and Rosemary downtown. Priced right for the space.

The carriage house was perfect for our short stay in Rosemary. My sister and I loved being able to walk down to the square every morning, and within the same distance but just the other direction, we were able to walk down to the beach. We will definitely reach out to Beth again and visit soon!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was incredibly responsive and the location was quiet yet convenient. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Short Stay in Rosemary

We had an amazing time! This property is the perfect size for 2, especially if you plan on spending more time exploring than in the house. We had some issues with hot water that were almost immediately resolved by the amazing host! Super walkable to the public beach access and the town of Rosemary. We will absolutely be back!!

As good as it gets!

Nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Anytime we had a questions about our stay we were able to communicate very easily and quickly with the property owners. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay and I will definitely consider returning in the future.

Rosemary for 2!

Fantastic location beside the Rosemary tennis courts! Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Great communication with property managers. Clean and stocked with kitchen items. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

Perfect location

This location was beyond perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk straight to the beach. We didn’t rent a car or bikes and we were able to walk everywhere. Great breakfast place literally buts up to the property. Felt like I was staying in Rosemary beach because the tennis courts are literally right there. House was clean. Instacart delivers here. I stayed with my husband and 1 year old daughter and it was a wonderful set up for us. Came with nice chairs and beach umbrella. Do bring your own coffee mugs and k cups because there weren’t any. Owner was supper helpful and check in and out was a breeze.
