You will be spoiled at this spacious condo in Panama City that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entirety of the living area and primary bedroom! The crystal clear water and warm breeze will have you slipping into relaxation mode when you are out on the large furnished balcony with a drink of your choice. The full kitchen sports modern appliances and ample counter space to make a family-favorite recipe with ease! Head on down to the shared pool or make your way to the beach just steps away for a day in the sun. If you don't want to leave the pool area at dinner time, take advantage of the shared grill area to throw on a few burgers! As the night comes to a close, cozy up on the plush sofa and watch a movie on the TV until everyone is dozing off to the sound of the tide.

It will be hard to convince yourself to leave this sanctuary but venture out a little and you will be able to experience all that Panama City has to offer. If you are looking for a bit of nature and serenity, head down to Camp Helen State park where you will find hiking trails and stunning views of both the Gulf and Lake Powell. For more of a city experience, head the opposite direction and make a day out of Pier Park, a shoppers dream with local cuisine. Be sure to check what is going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, as it hosts musical artists and festivals year-round!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 18.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our Stay

We booked this unit mainly because we had stayed there about 5 years ago. I was sadly disappointed. Broken patio chair, my granddaughter fell due to it. The cushions on the patio chairs were molded. Bare to the bone supplies. No Kleenex in any room? I was thankful I brought my own. The third bedroom had no dresser for clothing and the other two had minimal. I would think there would have been more than 4-5 hangers. Only two pods of dishwasher soap (for a week and for 4 adults and 2 kids. The view is beautiful from the 14th floor! The pool/hot tub was great! Unfortunately, the items mentioned outweigh the view. Especially at the cost.

Amazing View

This unit has an amazing view of the ocean and city! It is also in a great location, right next to some kid-friendly spots for swimming in the ocean (where sand bars tone down the waves). The management was excellent, and responded to any issues or questions we had right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, but...

The condo was spacious, beach area wasn't too crowded. We did have some problems though. Only 1 of the 4 tvs worked correctly. Most remotes had no backs or batteries and weren't connected to cable like they were supposed to be. We had multiple light bulbs that flickered so badly that we just didnt use those lights. The beds were not comfortable. The toilets did not flush well, at times wouldn't flush at all, and the showers in 2 of the 3 bathrooms didn't drain. We called about the problems and were told someone would be in touch but that never happened. It was spacious which was nice with our large family. There was a broken lock on one of the balcony doors though, which was a problem if you have small kids like us. When going to the pool at night, we were hovered by the guy coming to close it 20-25 minutes before closing time. He would come in and walk around then sit in the closest chair to us... like he was trying to scoot us out early. It made things awkward and uncomfortable. It did have a nice view. The tint on all the floor to ceiling windows needed to be replaced though. It had rips and lines in it that made it look like the window itself was cracked. Vacasa was not the greatest to get ahold of or talk to when you needed information or help with anything. They say they offer late checkout, but we were told no even though no one was checking in the day we were due to checkout. Overall, I would not recommend.

Cracked windows

14th floor of condo and 7 out of 10 floor to ceiling windows were cracked and siliconed!!! Not a very “safe” situation. Rusted vents, cracked microwave door!! Very very disappointed. No staff on site, the staff that was there were rude, Too much money for this level of quality!!

Beautiful view, comfortable living space

The view from this unit was my favorite thing about it. It is more than just the shoreline. You can see far to the east as well. The elevators in the building are very fast and access to the pool and beach were simple, which I appreciated. The dryer did not work very well and one of the bathrooms had a tub that backed up when showering, but to me, those things were minor and did not affect the quality of our stay. I would go back to this unit again.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

The condo was just as described in the pictures. The view was amazing and the condo clean. We loved the amenities of the property as well. Only critique would be maybe to put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms, but that is just my opinion from a person who needs it to be dark to sleep. Other than that this is by far the best vacation we have had in a long time.... Book now you won’t be disappointed!

Great, clean, and convenient area to spend a week with friends. All in all, a wonderful time. Easy check in and out. Great parking garage, friendly, courteous staff. Only downside was a couple of grouchy tenants we encountered on our last day there. Not property’s fault.

Vacasa Management Group was awesome , Furniture was a wreck , dirty and stained, couch , chairs, pillows, etc, told Vacasa, they took pictures to show owners and had cleaning company come next day and shampoo everything, furniture was clean but ragged and stained, Vacasa also got all the 4 TVs working by calling WOW, only one worked first 2 days, wish owner took care of furniture as well as the performance of Vacasa management group. Also only 4 dining room chairs not 6 like picture which 2 of the four were real loose, again Vacasa fixed right away. Take away, trust Vacasa Management Group for vacation needs, but keep away from this unit until furniture replaced. Great layout, awesome location and view!

Great view, unit needs some TLC

Wow, what a view! ...but the unit itself needs new furnishings. Upholstery on furniture was quite soiled, fringe on carpet torn and cushions on outdoor furniture dry rotted and falling apart. Could use a deep cleaning, floors dirty and appeared to be chocolate ice cream was left on the dinning room table, coffee table, and counter. Despite these flaws we had a great time. Enjoyed all the beautiful views from the unit; pool and hot tub were very nice and clean; beach chair rental was very convenient.

An Amazing View!

This place did not disappoint! The floor to ceiling windows were better than the pics! The balcony was an awesome place to enjoy the view and the sounds while being socially distant from beach dwellers. The elevators were efficient and fast. The beach chairs were spaced well and the water and beach were phenomenal! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing View of the Ocean!!!

Pros: What I loved most about the condo was the amazing view and the location. The location was quiet and peaceful. Cons: The sofa was filthy and the balcony furniture had mildew, it was torn and overall disgusting. Just a thought for the owners...It’s definitely time to update. But this wasn’t enough to ruin our weekend. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!

We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the condo was. I was a little nervous we would hear noise being right across from the elevator, but I'm happy to report I only heard someone passing by once in our entire stay. It was wonderful walking out our door straight to the elevator especially with all our beach gear. We had a plenty of room so the kids could relax separately if needed. The beach was clean and not crowded. The kitchen was stocked up so that we could cook up the fish we caught on our fishing trip. The beach view from our room was amazing. There is a grocery store and drug store right across the street. My only complaint (if you could even call it that) was that there were outlets by the bunk beds. I just wish there was outlet covers for them. Parking can be a little tight, but that was just a minor nuisance. I loved how we were not in the super crowded part of town, but had everything we needed close by. We've been telling all our family and friends how much we enjoyed are stay! I would definitely recommend this rental!
