Mariner West Condos, located on the east end of Panama City Beach along the Gulf of America, offers an outdoor pool, beach access, and an air-conditioned condo with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. This low-density complex features just 6 floors and no parking garage, making loading and unloading a breeze. Both elevators and stairs are available for your convenience.

**Please Note: Beginning September 2025, Mariner West will undergo exterior construction projects. While no work will be done inside the unit, crews may need occasional access to the balcony. Construction is expected to be noisy and disruptive at times, and completion dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur. We value transparency and want guests to be fully informed before booking.

Vitamin Sea is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo on the 1st floor, accommodating up to 6 guests. Located directly on the beach, it offers one of the largest 1-bedroom, 2-bath units in the area, with a private patio that provides stunning views of the sugar-white sands and breathtaking sunsets. Many of our repeat guests have been coming back for years.

Additional Information:
-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent Vitamin Sea and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay.
-A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information. Provided all requirements are met, the arrival details will be emailed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
-(1) Parking pass and up to (6) armbands will be provided in the unit upon arrival. The rental includes 1 parking pass. If you should need a second parking pass, they are $25 each. We can only allow 2 parking passes per stay. The second parking pass must be requested prior to arrival.
-Third party bookings are NOT allowed.
-Trailers are NOT allowed to park in the complex.
-No smoking or vaping, no pets, nor any events allowed.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs and the cleaning & inspection schedule. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior.
-Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee.
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am per the Bay County Noise Ordinance
-Please understand that Florida's natural environment includes bugs, insects, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. We perform regular interior and exterior pest control, but keeping doors, windows, and sliders closed will help prevent entry. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs or wildlife in or around the property.
-Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of supplies, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 small bottle of dish soap, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores. This is meant to get you through your first day or so until you can get to a store.
-By renting this home you acknowledge that you understand you enter and occupy the premises at your own risk and that the homeowner and Sun & Sand Rentals are not and will not be responsible for injuries or deaths that may occur on our property. You, and all of your guests attending, agree that everything you use is at your own risk, including any beach equipment left on the property. By renting this home, you agree that you are also financially responsible for any third party damages that are caused by your group. Neither the homeowner or Sun & Sand Rentals are liable, financially or otherwise, for any accidental or intentional third party damages your party causes.

October trip

We loved the location of the unit. It was so nice to be able to go in and out to the beach or pool without using stairs or an elevator. The was very nice. On the down side, we had no phone service in the unit. The oven was very dirty and my daughter got the blender out to use it and it was nasty under the pitcher. She cleaned the blender, it we left the oven as we found it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the weather was beautiful.

Awesome condo and location

We were so happy. The condo was located on Thomas Dr. It was a very nice area. Location was nice and beach located just off the deck. View was beautiful! Location was quite and not party central. This is by far, the best condo we have stayed in while in PCB. Will definitely visit again.

Fishing Trip

Very nice, quiet place. The only problem was the towel rack I the 2nd bathroom needs fixing. It’s a small fix though. Overall we were very pleased with everything in the condo. Great Value!

Truly steps from beach!

Condo was very clean and we enjoyed the location of this unit-- ground floor, near the pool, really was just a couple steps from the beach! The complex is not a high-rise and we never had a crowd at the pool or the beach which was nice. This condo was almost perfect for our family's needs. It was very nice to have a second full bathroom outside of the bedroom. The only "con" is that the 1 bedroom is adjacent to the main hall with a fair amount of foot traffic that made day time naps and an early bedtime for our 1-yr old challenging. During our stay there was a lot of very disruptive construction going on for the Mariner West complex as a whole (painting balconies, sandblasting, loud power tools running all day) that was not the most pleasant experience, but it wasn't specific to the unit. Everyone was complaining about the disturbances. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed this unit.

The Perfect Spot!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!! This is the best condo we have ever stayed at in PCB. Very clean, and right on the beach, and was not crowded at all. Oh, and the beds and pillows!!!! I was in heaven!!! Felt like I was at home. Absolutely loved it. We will definitely come again.
