Not a worry in the world, toes in the water!! We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends!

Check this out! This is the perfect beach getaway property for you and your party!
+ Sleeps 34 people in beds.
+ Fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach.
+ 6 off street parking spots, accommodations for 3 extra vehicle can be made with advance approval from owner
+ Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay.

The Space:
All three units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. These (separate) three-story units rented together have 7 bedrooms (sleeps 14), two large loft areas attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 10), and three queen, one full, and two twin sleeper sofas in the common areas (sleeps 10). So - the unit can sleep a total of 34 people in beds!

Unit B: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head.

This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

+ Onsite Parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ Unit B second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved

Hosts were very nice and considerate but some of the beds were dirty and moldy. Unit C had a leak in the roof when it started raining heavily. It was in the sink area of the double bedroom. Overall the stay was decent. Would book again but not with 25 people again.

The property and location was great. The owner of the house is a really awesome guy who was able to help me out whenever needed. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk, and plenty of parking was provided on the property!

Spring Break Trip

This is a perfect house for a big group of people. My group was a group of college students and was very affordable and we were able to walk to the beach. Had a couple issues with the neighbors regarding noise but was able to get in good communication with homeowner and got the problems resolved

Mildew and black mold making our group super sick

We eneded up leaving our trip early because EVERYONE in our group was made very sick from all the mold and mildew. It was not clean upon arrival. It was not as close to the beach as listed. Never did it mention that one of the units are miniature with 5foot tall ceilings, the black mold running down the walls smells and looks disgusting, the outdoor showers were gross and they sent a weirdo maintenance man over that we never called called to look at them.. had you on camera every time your by a door and the neighbors were rude. I wont vrbo again. This was my worst experience yet.

The property is great for families. Was a bit disappointed with not having working televisions and they not being in every room. Furniture need to be updated ASAP. Construction was still on the deck area which made it look bad. My contact person was amazing and I was able to email her at any time. With some upgrades to the property this can be an amazing property. There was a lot of space and amazing kids suite.

This was the worst experience we have ever had.

When we arrived on site unit B lock did not work. Unit A AC was not working. Unit C had a real bad odour like a mildew smell. Also in unit C washer and dryer did not work. Unit B had in adequate drainage for the shower. Reach out to property manager on several occasion took 3 to 4 hours for them to return my call. To top it all off about one o'clock in the morning some creepy guy came around. 😳 He said he was there to deliver towels,at 1 o'clock in the morning and he had a code to enter our unit. Worst experience I've ever had will never return will never recommend this place.

Very Unpleasant

Chairs on the balcony were broken, check in was delayed nearly an hour due to the cleaners having to clean the place still. The place reeked of marijuana and we were missing provided air mattresses. Much of the furniture was damaged before arriving. Close walk to the beach made up for it but was not satisfied given the price of the property.
