SPRING BREAK – IMPORTANT
Panama City Beach is currently proposing a city ordinance that would require all vacation rental guests to be 21 years of age or older, unless staying as part of a family. The primary renter and all guests must be 21+, with ID verification required prior to check-in. Hosts are required to enforce this policy and no exceptions can be made.All guests must be 21+ and provide valid ID prior to check-in.

We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund.
No smoking inside the home.
No events/parties allowed.
No outside guests allowed at any time.
Children must never be left unattended.
Pets OK with fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.

Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions

Introduction:
This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable when booking and staying at our rental property. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these conditions, including all property-specific rules.

As an equal opportunity company, we firmly adhere to a policy of non-discrimination. We welcome all guests without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. Our commitment to inclusivity and equality ensures a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Renter Requirements:
- The primary renter must adhere to the age requirements as advertised on the booking platform at the time of booking.
- The primary renter (named Guest) is responsible for all communications regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies, and must by law be present the entirety of the stay. Other guests (invitees) are not party to these discussions.

Property Damage Protection Policy:
- Damages must be reported to the property owner within 12 hours of occurrence to be covered by the Property Damage Waiver. All reservations are covered up to $1,500 in damage (read the Waivo disclaimer at the end of this document for more information). Please note: this is NOT trip insurance. All guests and travelers are advised to purchase a trip insurance policy.

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM local time on arrival date.
- Check-out: 10:00 AM local time on departure date.
- Early check-in requests are subject to availability and are never guaranteed.

Damages:
- Immediate reporting of damages to the property during your stay is required. Photo and video documentation is provided to the property management company before and after each reservation to ensure fairness and honesty.
- Guests are liable for repair/replacement costs exceeding deposit or Property Damage Waiver Fee.

Eviction Policy:
- Unlawful activities, damage to the property, excessive noise, or breach of agreement terms can lead to eviction without refund or deposit return. Additional charges may apply for damages discovered post-eviction.

Lost Items:
- The Owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Efforts will be made to return found items upon request, with shipping costs covered by the guest.

Maintenance:
Report maintenance issues or discrepancies immediately. If any are found after arrival, they should be reported within 2 hours of arrival. Normal wear and tear are not considered maintenance issues.
Please DO NOT spam the host or property manager with photos of items that are normal wear and tear.
The management may enter the property for maintenance or inspection.
After-hours emergencies should be reported via our business line.

Housekeeping/Cleaning:
Report any cleaning issues or missing linens upon check-in, or within 2 hours of arrival.
The home comes equipped with essentials for a starter pack; replenishing supplies is the guest`s responsibility.
Promptly report any missing items in the property as soon as they are noticed, rather than waiting until the end of the stay. Failure to inform us in a timely manner is considered negligence on the part of the guest. Prompt reporting allows us to address and rectify any issues quickly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy for your booking is determined by the platform through which you made your reservation. To provide you with peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing a separate trip insurance policy. This ensures coverage in the event that unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your stay. Please review the specific cancellation policy on your booking platform for detailed information and remember that we uphold the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

Harassment Policy:
We maintain a strict policy against harassment in any form. Abusive, threatening, harassing, violent, hostile, or inappropriate language towards our staff, servicers, vendors, or other guests is not tolerated under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund and is considered a breach of the rental agreement. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all guests and staff, and we appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.

WiFi/Internet/TV:
- Internet services are provided subject to availability.
- The WiFi password is available in your check-in instructions, your guest portal, and the Touch Stay Guide at all times.

Bunk Beds & Sleeper Sofas:
Top bunk beds are for children under 100 pounds. Safety instructions for bunk bed use must be followed.
Sleeper sofas sleep 2 people maximum.

Stairs:
- Stairs are maintained regularly. Guests use stairs at their own risk.

No Smoking or Open Flames:
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balconies/breezeways (unless a fire pit has been placed there by owner/property manager). HOAs may require smoking to occur in parking lots; homes and townhomes require you to be a minimum of 10 feet away from all doors and windows. Messes must be picked up. Violations will incur charges.
This policy encompasses all forms of smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes. In addition, while we recognize the legal use of medicinal marijuana, the following guidelines apply:
Prohibited Areas:
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes or medicinal marijuana are strictly forbidden inside the rental unit and on the balcony.
Legal/Medicinal Marijuana Use:
The use of legal or medicinal marijuana is permitted outside the rental unit in designated areas, in compliance with local regulations.
Guests are required to dispose of all marijuana residue and paraphernalia before departure.
Proof of a valid prescription may be requested, in line with Florida state law.
Enforcement and Penalties:
Violations, such as evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside the unit, will result in additional cleaning fees, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential eviction.
Guests are responsible for any costs associated with restoring the unit to a smoke-free condition.

By booking and staying at our property, guests agree to these terms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Pet Policy:
Our properties have specific guidelines regarding pets, and it`s essential to check the listing details to determine if pets are allowed, as this is subject to HOA policies or the owner`s preference. If pets are permitted:

- Pets must not be left alone in the property unless secured in a crate or kennel.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
- All pet messes, both inside and outside the property, must be promptly cleaned up by the pet owner. The pet fee covers additional cleaning inside the property but does not extend to waste pickup. Failure to adhere to this may result in a damage protection policy claim for excessive pet waste cleanup.
- Pets should never be left unattended outdoors.
- There is a limit to the number of pets allowed per stay.

Guests who do not comply with these pet rules may be required to board their pets or, in severe cases, may be asked to vacate the property without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.

City Noise Ordinance:
Please be aware that the city noise ordinance is in effect and enforceable nightly from 10 pm to 9 am. As the reservation holder, you are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party adhere to this ordinance. Any violations may result in fees or fines, for which you will be responsible.

Outside Guest Policy:
For security and liability reasons, only those guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the premises.

The host was very very helpful and very quick to respond.The home was very clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable.Kitchen was fully stocked for large family cooking.The pictures are great but the home is so much nicer in person. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Great house that fit 15 people easily

Anchors Away was a great stay for all of our family. 15 people ranging from 18months to 55yrs. We were comfortable and never felt crowded. The game room was a huge hit for the grandkids...well for everyone :) The pool was smaller than I expected, BUT the kids had a Blast and that is what mattered to me. The adults and kids agreed that this was the best "Family Thanksgiving" rental so far. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. Communication with the property management was FANTASTIC! Thanks to Katelyn for helping me when I managed to completely lock us out of the house...LOL you were a life saver. The pool/hot tub service man was even helpful and answered my questions about the hot tub! PCB Getaways were even accommodating when I emailed that my 18 month old grandson took a remote control home as a souvenir...we have the address and are returning the remote. The little criminal is currently 'doing time' on the chain gang! PCB Getaways is definitely on our list for next years Family Thanksgiving rental!

Wonderful home!

We had a large family group and all had our own rooms! We all would recommend this home to our friends and family! It was clean (with the exception of dishes in cupboard still had some food on them that didn’t come off prior to them being put away by previous guest) Trash was full when we got there and it wasn’t picked up on the day they were suppose to but we messaged and the owners came and picked it up to ensure we had place for our trash! The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all. The rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool more than expected and was in it everyday. It was perfect since we couldn’t get in the ocean on some days due to winds. The pool was a save for the kids and adults :) Reserve this home for your vacation!!

Excellent Home & Hosts

This property was perfect for our stay at PCB. It was a very quick walk to the beach, plenty of towels, equipment and space inside and out. The game room and swimming pool was a nice bonus! The only thing small thing I would ask is that more toilet paper and trash bags be provided. The hosts are super responsive. When we arrived, we had some trouble with a few lights downstairs but the host came over the very next morning and fixed the issue within minutes. I would be grateful to stay at another one of their family owned and operated properties!

Excellent location

Great property if you're a beach person. Short walk even after a few beverages. A little strange layout of the home, so be sure to look at that housing map prior to arriving (difficult with multiple couples, our bad, not the property) Neighbors need to realize that this is a rental and not a home. Got yelled at by 8pm to "keep it down" Not the properties fault, just a tip. Game room is wonderful for those rainy days. Used the pool once, its nice, but we were there for the ocean. Overall would book again

Great Home

We loved it here. Walking distance to beach but also away from the strip, so was nice and quiet. House has several different areas so you don’t feel like your on top of each other all the time. Owners were great and checked in by email periodically. We had zero issues with property so never had to contact them but felt like. They would of responded quickly if we had issues. Would definitely go back.

Awkward pool access

All was good except awkward entrance to pool area through 2 bedrooms only . A lot of steps into the house ,it was ok for us but would be very difficult for the elderly..GAME ROOM GAMES in poor condition .pool table needs new felt , AIR HOCKEY GAME abused,WACK A MOLE broken

Great home for 11 people!

We came from Minnesota for a vacation to see my floks that live in Ocala. Check in process was really easy. Resort owner was very communicative. Very, very nice home for our purposes! Beds were all comfortable. Pool was excellent. Had literally everything we needed for a pleasant stay! Would stay here again! Only 2 blocks from the beach which is nice because it was very quiet. 5 stars for sure!

We had a blast!

We had an amazing time at this property! It was a perfect size for our 5 baseball families! Plenty of sleeping space for all 16 of us with room to spare. It’s in a great location with close proximity to the beach, plenty of food places, Pier Park and Publix Sports Park. The house was clean and we had everything needed for a long weekend of baseball. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Christmas Present!

My wife and I gave our kids a different kind of Christmas present last year. We took them all to Florida for the week between Christmas and New Year. We stayed at this house, and everything was amazing. The host was great to work with. The location was one block from the beach. Super close to Pier Park and all the activities PCB has to offer. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great house

Great house close to the beach with everything we needed. Couldn’t find the baby gates and had 2 brought to us. Kids loved the heated pool. Would stay again.

Clean, beautiful, and close to beach!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at anchors away! The home was so clean, and there were many places to hide away for alone time. We enjoyed cooking big family meals every night and being so close to the beach. It was relaxing and WAY better than what we expected! The owners checked and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a memorable family vacation 😊

Spacious

We had a good time, there was enough space for everyone to go about their day, the pool and other activities were great for the kids for entertaining. A nice big kitchen to make meals. We will definitely have this property in mind when traveling with our big family again.
