  • ¡Exquisita casa nueva en la prestigiosa comunidad cerrada de WaterSound Beach! Vistas del Golfo desde la torre. Esta nueva y majestuosa casa arquitectónicamente cuenta con 8 habitaciones en total: 6 habitaciones con baño en la casa principal y 2 habitaciones adicionales en la gran cochera sobre un garaje para 2 autos. La lista de características es infinita y está diseñada para maximizar la conexión interior / exterior del hogar. En el interior, los espacios interiores incluyen acabados de primera clase, como pisos de madera de nogal, encimeras de mármol y granito, molduras de madera a medida, vigas recuperadas y electrodomésticos Sub Zero. Afuera, hay una increíble pared de lluvia de 8 'que salpica dramáticamente 12' hacia abajo en una piscina cuadrada de gran tamaño, junto con 7 amplios porches donde puede relajarse. La casa principal tiene 2 cocinas totalmente equipadas.

    Esta comunidad frente a la playa cuenta con una red de serpenteantes senderos de madera, puentes y senderos que conectan las casas, cabañas y condominios de la comunidad, ofreciendo vistas perfectas de una playa de arena blanca en gran parte intacta y sin hacinamiento.

    Las actividades son abundantes a lo largo de Scenic Hwy 30-A y South Walton. Tiendas eclécticas, galerías únicas y restaurantes galardonados son parte del carácter distintivo de la zona. Good number of bedrooms. Excellent location. Great kitchen and den space. Good pool. A couple of issues and with the freezer and a den chair when we arrived but overall positive experience. We returned to the same property this year so we enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated home that made the perfect backdrop for our little family wedding. Forgot to pay to have the pool heater turned on so it was too cold to swim in, but the waterfall was a pretty aesthetic. Bring some paper towels, toilet paper and some cleaning supplies along with you. Besides that, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes etc. Golf cart to get down the beach was a plus.

Beautiful home

This was a great spot for a friends reunion. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of open gathering spaces. The neighborhood is beautiful and the beach very private.

We had an amazing stay! The house was great & clean. Had all the things we needed plus more! Enough room for everyone. The whole family really enjoyed it!! Great communication with the owner/property manager every time I had questions before and during our stay!

Family Vacation

We had our extended family of 15 people stay with us. Was a great house with lots of space and close proximity to the beach. House was very nice with great amenities. The owner was also very responsive to all of our questions.

Gorgeuous house in beautiful Watersound

The house was great, beds were comfortable and the beach was a short walk away. It was perfect for an adults only trip because everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool and the golf cart and would happily retlnt this house again.

I loved this property it was amazing! The pictures are very accurate to the description of the home. The carriage house is very nice as well. The owners were very responsive to our needs. I would absolutely rent this property again!

Wonderful House!

My family and I stayed here for a week and we all absolutely loved everything about this house. All of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beach is just a short walk away. The third floor has a cute little kitchen and dining area that was perfect for when we needed a little space from everyone else lol. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Comfortable stay with friends at the beach

Beds were comfortable. Lots of space for our large group to spread out. Nice to have bathrooms in all bedrooms for the guests. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and items to cook with.
