The largest floor plan available. Continually updating every year to keep things looking like new....updates for 2025: couch, tables, mattresses, bedding, new queen bedroom, dining chairs, HVAC, and smart TV's.

The living room has a large smart TV w/cable with DVD/blu-ray player, sofa, and private balcony access with travertine tile and rich wood flooring and modern chandeliers. The main living space is spacious and functional without forgetting about the luxury lifestyle.

Formal dining for 6 is provided at the dining table with extra seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

The master bedroom has a king size mattress, flat screen TV, and balcony access. This room is perfect for taking a cat nap after a long day of relaxing at the beach or shopping at the boutique stores in Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. The large master bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double bowl vanity with granite counter.

The second bedroom also has a king size mattress and flat screen TV.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The Villages of South Walton is located in the wonderful Town of Seacrest Beach between Alys and Rosemary Beach. This complex features a beautiful Charleston Style with gas lamps and Cobblestone streets lined with palm trees. A heated pool is located within steps of the condo.

Our pool is located just behind our building. We have a 0 entry pool with fountains for little ones along with a hot tub and larger pool located just next to it. There are 2 gas grills located in this area as well. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing turquoise water. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

Quaint Restaurants, World-class Shops, Sandy Dunes Are All Within Easy Walking Distance from Anywhere in the Town. the Village of South Walton Offers Wonderful Accommodations as Well as the Convenience of Ground Floor Shops including restaurants, specialty shops, and convenience market.

One block to the East is Rosemary Beach, with its European-style architecture and Cobblestone streets. Rosemary features many fine restaurants and boutique shops all within a short walk of The Villages of South Walton.

For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30a offers a nineteen mile bike/walking/blading trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. and only a few steps away is the famous Rosemary Beach with all the shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. seaside is only a short ten minute drive, while Panama City Beach and Destin is within a half hour. The villages of South Walton is centrally located for everyone's needs.

If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best of the best. You will never have to worry about getting tired of eating at the same place because there are too many fine dining and other eating establishments to choose from. You will also find many quaint shops, art galleries, and live concerts and festivals along this nineteen mile road.

If you enjoy the outdoors, besides biking, This area has great golfing, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. A short drive will give you many choices of activities to please anyone.

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. THE PERSON RENTING THE PROPERTY MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY EVERY NIGHT. IF THE RENTER IS NOT 25 YEARS OLD AND IS CAUGHT, EVERYONE IN THE PARTY WILL BE KICKED OUT AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. IF THE OWNER SUSPECTS ANY PROBLEMS, THE OWNER/SECURITY/PROPERTY MANAGER IS ALLOWED TO ENTER AT ANY TIME.

Everything was great. One nitpick, the master bedroom overlooks the courtyard that has a lot of late night activity and noise. Again, minor detail and not a deal killer. Just something to keep in mind if you go to bed a little earlier.

The property was clean and in an excellent location. We loved getting coffee downstairs in the AM and it was just a few mins walk to all the best restaurants and most beautiful beach. We had a slight hiccup accessing the property but the owner was immediately in touch and fixed the issue. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thank you for a great weekend in 30A.

BIG PROS:Communication, cleanliness, kitchen items, basic necessities (Tide pods - huge help) and wrist bands in home upon arrival!! Truly appreciate all of these things. Also - the water filter in the fridge actually works. There were also a few beach chairs to use. Two thumbs up!! Mehs:Beds are very firm and pillows are the opposite. This is personal preference but FYI. Condo could use some updates.

The front door keypad never worked and there were periods where we had no other choice but to leave the door unlocked which was very unsafe. Host made me feel like it was our fault it wasn’t working. On the 3rd day, we finally got a key to lock and unlock the door with. The tv’s in the rooms are tiny but are “smart.” The TV in the main room was absolutely ancient and never connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch movies as a family. That was disappointing. The space is well-appointed and nicely decorated but my parents left early because the beds were so uncomfortable. Very loud music until 10 PM so bring sound machines if you plan to sleep before then.

Fantastic location. Nestled in between Rosemary and Alys and both are in easy bike and walking distance. Balcony is perfect as it overlooks the pavilion with live music every night. The pools were great especially for kiddos and it was never overcrowded. I would not recommend seacrest beach. Very small, a lot of restrictive rules, packed in the sand and in the water. I would recommend taking a bike ride or car out to inlet beach. Much more comfortable. There was confusion on what is available at the property. For instance I was told there was nothing available to take to the beach but there was an umbrella and beach chairs in one of the closets. If TV's are important for you (was not for us), they're dated and difficult to use as other reviewers noted. Communication with owner is prompt but at times confusing. For instance I was told to reach back out regarding early check-in closer to my stay and then when I did I was told absolutely not during this time of year but that was not indicated upon booking and prior to the date I had for cancelation. So that felt a little bit like a bait and switch. The furniture is dated and the water filter in fridge doesn't work. Though I considered these minor inconveniences. We were mostly out and about so didn't worry too much about the digs especially since I felt it was priced fairly. Overall a solid place & stay as long as you manage your expectations.

Our quick getaway was amazing! This place has the best location; walkable to all of the best spots in and around Rosemary Beach! The owner was very responsive to any and all communications and was a pleasure to deal with. The place itself was clean, comfortable and well-stocked! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful 30A Stay

We had the most amazing vacation at this beautiful condo situated steps from the amenities of Rosemary Beach! The condo was clean, as described, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, just a short walk to entertainment, well-kept pools, coffee shops, shopping, and incredible restaurants. We especially loved how easy it was to walk or bike anywhere. Lisa was responsive and made the experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The Weston

We stayed the first week of June 2025. This was our third time visiting this area. The condo is just how the description says. So many things within walking distance. There is a huge farmers market in Rosemary on Sunday. We drove to Inlet Beach in the morning and always found parking. Then we would walk to I think Seacrest Beach, the one you use the arm bands for, at night for the sunset. There are two pools that came in nice. Very clean and well kept. Peddlers Pavilion is right in front if you want to rent bicycles. And at night you can walk down and listen to music and grab a drink or just put the kids to bed and listen from your balcony. They have live music until 9:30pm every night. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I always pack extra trash bags and laundry detergent because we go through them. I had a few questions throughout our stay and the host was quick to get back to me! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo/area for a family!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect—just steps from shops and restaurants, and the balcony view was a highlight. We loved being able to enjoy live music from the comfort of our own space every evening. Even better, everything quieted down by 10 PM, so we still got a peaceful night’s sleep.The tram to the beach was super convenient and easy to use, and the pool was just a short walk away. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back!

Great quick getaway for our family

This condo is in a perfect spot right on the main square where you can listen to live music on the patio at night if you need to put kids to bed early. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owners are very kind and responsive to any needs.

Great location in Rosemary Beach!

This apartment in Seacrest offers a wonderful location for your trip to Rosemary Beach/30A. Great pool area and easy access to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was very spacious and set up well. Only downside was the furniture was dated and worn out but nothing that would negatively impact your beach vacation.

Great location, furnishings could use an update

Loved the location, parking can be difficult sometimes. Need some coffee mugs. Great balcony. Furniture a bit shabby, needs an update. TV remotes weren't great, no cable in the bedrooms---wanted to watch NCAA bball tourney. Affordable, would definitely stay here again

Annual 30A Vacation

We have been coming to 30A for 9 years now. The location, tram, pool, food trucks, shopping were all wonderful!!! Things to note: Parking is very limited!! We had a few hiccups with wrong remotes in rooms and dead batteries, but we managed to figure it all out and did without remote in a room. The TVs are older and do not allow you to stream through your personal accounts. I would also note that there is no salt, pepper, vegetable oil or cooking spray. You will also need HE detergent pods. There were guests above us that could have been the gymnastics team preparing for Paris, but that cannot be helped, although it was at times annoying late at night/early morning.

Awesome location!

Great location! Lots to do around the area. Live music each night right outside the place, tons of shopping and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo has everything you need for a great trip. Easy checkin and check out process. Great communication with host!
