Beautiful Gulf and Lake views, only steps to the beach in exclusive WaterSound Bridges gated neighborhood. You'll enjoy non-crowded private beaches with limited access for owners and their guest only. It's less than a five minute walk from our front door to the beach along the private boardwalk. 5 bikes are included but not needed since the boardwalk is outside the front door.
The house is spacious, professionally decorated with Viking appliances in kitchen and includes 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The neighborhood is located in the prestigious WaterSound Bridges neighborhood that is gated and has 24/7 security. The home and carriage house sleep 11 guest comfortably with 4 king beds en suites and an additional room with 3 twin beds with a trundle. Highlights of the home include a vaulted screened porch, brand new deck with fireplace and grill off the kitchen, carriage house and 2 wet bars with wine fridges in each. This is a premier community: The Bridges, offers the finest amenities including heated pool, private access to non-crowded beaches plus access to playground and putting park at WaterSound main. You have Gulf and Lake view from multiple floors. Dining Room offers seating up to 12, kitchen breakfast bar and additional outside dinning on patio by the fireplace under the stars and tivoli lights. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium stainless steel appliances including premium cooktops/oven and utensils.
Once you leave the expansive first floor living space, you'll ascend to the second floor which boasts 3 large bedrooms including kingsr beds, large custom closets, private bathrooms and TVs. On the 3rd floor, be sure to enjoy the wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker along with the balcony overlooking lake Camp Creek and the beautiful Gulf. In addition, there are 2 twin beds, a day bed with a trundle plus a full bathroom.
The detached carriage house has a fully stocked kitchenette, king sized bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, desk, walk-in custom closet and a full private bathroom. Guest will love using the outdoor grill and patio area for outdoor dining and relaxing! The home is also equipped with 5 adult bikes cruise along 30A or in the scenic neighborhood of WaterSound. Perfect for large families. Plenty of room. Superb location to private beach and local attractions. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more for a weeks stay.

A fantastic week

This home is amazing! It has everything a family needs. There is a chef's kitchen that is very well equipped. All of the bedrooms are spacious and all have ensuites. The proximity to the pool and the beach make it ideal for families. I highly recommend this property.

Great host, great property. Kitchen was well equipped. The home had a great layout for a large group. Property was about five minutes from the beach. We will definitely be back. The homeowner was super proactive and responsive. We will hopefully come back.

Peaceful Paradise

The house is gorgeous and in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was just as described. We had one small maintenance issue while we were there and the owners were very quick to respond and had the issue fixed the same day. The owners sent us lots of good information before our trip and check in was easy. Watersound is beautiful. The natural landscape and dunes have been preserved. We enjoyed listening to all of the frogs while sitting on the porch in the evening. This is a quiet area of 30A and, in my opinion, watersound has the most beautiful beach in all of 30A. The guys in our group enjoy fishing from Camp Creek Lake and the gulf. It is a small walk to the beach but we were prepared with a beach cart! I can't recommend this property enough. A+++
