The Space:

We're excited to welcome guests to Still Waters on 30A! To celebrate this beautiful home joining the Sundial Getaways collection, we're offering a limited-time Grand Opening Summer Special for our very first guests. We can't wait to help your family create unforgettable memories on 30A!



Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a multi-generational getaway, or a trip with friends, Still Waters on 30A was intentionally designed to bring everyone together while giving every guest a comfortable place to unwind. From two inviting living spaces to thoughtfully curated amenities throughout the home, every detail was chosen to help you slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories.



Start your mornings with coffee on one of the private balconies, spend sunny afternoons at the seasonally heated community pool or private Seacrest Beach, then gather around the custom dining table that comfortably seats 12 for meals, meaningful conversations, and family game nights after a day in the sun.



The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to holiday dinners and includes a KitchenAid stand mixer, Ninja blender, air fryer, Crock-Pot, fully stocked spice cabinet, Keurig and drip coffee maker with a rechargeable milk frother, and everything needed to cook and entertain with ease.



Throughout the home, you'll find thoughtful touches that make every stay more comfortable, including convenient USB and USB-C charging stations available conveniently throughout the home, alarm clocks with nightlights and sound machines in every bedroom, a lit stairwell for easy nighttime navigation, board games and cards for gathering together, and an oscillating fan for added comfort.



FIRST FLOOR:

The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, convenient half bath, and a cozy outdoor sitting area. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor dining space and grill, making it easy to gather for meals after a day at the beach.



SECOND FLOOR:

The second floor features three spacious king en suite bedrooms, including the primary suite with its own private balcony. The full-size laundry room is also located on this level and includes a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and garment steamer to help keep everyone vacation-ready.



THIRD FLOOR:

Head upstairs to a second living space that's perfect for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing together after beach days. This level also includes a fourth king en suite with a private balcony and the home's one-of-a-kind bunk room.



Designed with families and larger groups in mind, the bunk room features two king beds with Twin XL bunks above each bed and twin trundles below, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests while still offering its own private en suite bathroom.

Ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you'll be just minutes from boutique shopping, locally loved restaurants, coffee shops, and scenic bike paths. Whether you're exploring the neighboring beach communities or simply enjoying a sunset stroll, everything you need for a relaxing 30A getaway is within easy reach. Plus, convenient access to Highway 98 also makes exploring the surrounding area easy.



ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period

- No pets

- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home. A digital guidebook will be provided prior to arrival with everything you need to know about the property and the surrounding area.
