Your Space
The studio features a comfortable queen bed with a TV and a full bathroom. A kitchenette comes equipped with a coffee maker, mini fridge, blender, and microwave, while a dining area for two provides a relaxed spot for meals.

St. Thomas Square Amenities
Enjoy taking a dip in the outdoor pool or working on your serve at the tennis courts. A shuffleboard court, spa, gym, and private dock are also available. The community dock provides rare lagoon access for boating or exploring St. Andrews Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Shell Island. The Emerald Falls Recreation Center is within walking distance, offering family-friendly fun, while the white sand beaches nearby provide endless options for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, and water activities like jet skiing.

Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. Challenge friends at Topgolf or be dazzled by the swashbuckling fun at the Pirate’s Dinner Show. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
