    Si está buscando un lugar que tenga una experiencia exclusiva con un ambiente hogareño, ¡este es el lugar para usted! Con un amplio espacio relajante en el interior y muchas comodidades en el lugar, Ocean Ritz lo tiene todo y está listo para brindarle unas vacaciones en la playa en los años venideros. Al entrar en esta unidad, tendrá una vista de la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar que conducen al balcón. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras de granito. ¡El área del bar tiene capacidad para 5 y es el lugar perfecto para preparar bebidas antes de ir a la playa! El magnífico comedor tiene capacidad para 8. ¡La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen para un dormitorio adicional y tiene material Sunbrella! ¡Al salir al amplio balcón, tendrá una vista increíble del Golfo!

    Al entrar en las habitaciones, cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Cada lado cuenta con Gulf Front Suites. Ambos tienen camas King size con su propio acceso privado al balcón de 500 pies cuadrados. Una de las habitaciones cuenta con 1 cama King y 1 cama individual, y la otra cuenta con una habitación con literas con 3 camas de tamaño completo. Overall it was a good stay. Condo could use some updates but it was clean. We had some issues with the WiFi but figured out that the WiFi name was 1101 and not 1103.

The ceiling was cracking & pieces kept falling everywhere. The worst part of our stay was the parking. Our assigned parking spot was taken & there is no office or security in sight. We were told the property ‘may’ tow the car & that we could use the overflow parking, which was a joke. It’s 20 spaces that were taken the whole time we were there! When we complained we were actually told to just park in the public parking! So instead of getting the included parking we were promised we had to pay for the public parking lot! So be prepared to pay for your parking & walk. I will never stay at this complex again.

Nice location but living room furniture inadequate

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location for this property. It’s close to restaurants and activities and the Gulf view is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture only sits five people and wasn’t very comfortable. The internet was very poor. Crashing occasionally and lagging while watching shows.

Perfect location, very spacious and great views!! The 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas were sooooo nice every morning!! Water was breathtaking and the balcony is HUGE! 10 out of 10 vacation!!

Beds were uncomfortable. The couch is dated and dirty. Ceiling has a number of spots that need patched and missing paint. You could use the freezer for large items because it wouldn’t open all the way. Overall disappointing stay relative to other condos we’ve stayed at over the years at the Ocean Ritz. A lot of fixtures, molding, furniture, etc. was very cheaply done. It was ina nice area and pool hot tub were nice and not overcrowded. I would not stay at this unit again.

Great Beach Access

The space is quite large and was great for my group of 10 people. Very nice kitchen with cooking cookware, cutlery, and dishes. The ease of access to the beach and close vicinity to grocery stores makes it a great location.

Absolutely loved this Condo! The 2 sets of Beach chairs daily was such a relief then trying to get down to the beach and reserve as well as a huge money saver. Wished there was more living room seating. But I would stay here in a heart beat again and again!

Overall it was a great place to stay. The balcony had stunning views. The beach was right there and loved it came with chairs for the beach. The only thing that wasn’t said and we were a little disappointed was that the ceiling was peeling in multiple places, the front door wouldn’t shut all the way by itself so we had to make sure it was shut but overall it was a great place to stay. The location was great to walk to dinners or ice cream right across the street. It had plenty of room and the balcony was huge.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is fairly nice. It's showing some age. There is something weird going on with the building, however. During high winds, you can hear something vibrating and pieces of the drywall mud on the ceiling starts falling to the floor. I also have a problem with the side by side fridge/freezer. You can't open the freezer fully because it's up against the wall. It was a minor inconvenience. With those couple of things being said, everything else was great. I had the same problems last year, but I happily came back, and I will again. The huge balcony and 4 bathrooms are major selling points to me.

Ocean Ritz experience!

The place is awesome! We’re so ecstatic with the view, over looking the ocean with breeze that soothes your soul. The rooms are big enough for family and friends, clean and neat. The property manager is nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely come back.

Great place to stay . Plenty of room for everyone. Parking was fine but I could see it would be a problem in the summer. Overall an awesome condo .
