  • The Spotted Grouper es un encantador bungalow en la playa del Viejo Florida rodeado de retorcidos Sand Live Oaks. Estamos ubicados en Bald Point al lado de Alligator Point, FL, en un pequeño y tranquilo vecindario de playa a lo largo de la costa olvidada, rodeado por el parque estatal Bald Point.
    La casa está a 100 yardas del Golfo; para llegar, solo camine por la calle Grouper hasta el agua, no hay calles para cruzar. Es una playa natural muy apartada con mucha vida marina donde puedes disfrutar de toda la belleza de la naturaleza. Tiene vistas al golfo desde la sala de estar, así como desde el porche y el patio, y el sonido del océano puede adormecerlo por la noche. La pesca es fantástica, al igual que los restaurantes locales y los mercados de mariscos. La casa está a nivel del suelo, por lo que no tiene escaleras para subir, lo que la hace muy conveniente para llevar maletas y comestibles a la casa. Tiene capacidad para 4 con 1 cama de matrimonio y 1 cama doble.
    Estamos a 45 millas al sur de Tallahassee, 340 millas al sur de Atlanta. The Spotted Grouper es una escapada perfecta si te gusta una zona tranquila que NO tiene una playa llena de gente con abundante vida salvaje y naturaleza que recuerde a "Old Florida".

We love the Spotted Grouper! We have returned for several years. The cottage is cozy with so many amenities—washer/dryer, beach wagon, great supply of towels. Booking is so easy and Sheree is a marvelous host.

Communication with Sheree was excellent. Home was spacious and there were items that you could borrow while staying. Just a small walk to the beach.

If you are looking for a great place to relax and fish without all the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. The house is neat and the kitchen is well stocked. The walk to the beach is easy.

Loved the cottage. Only drawback is the seclusion. I’m sure in the busy season things are livelier. But we were looking for quiet and that’s what we got!

Perfect Hideaway

If you are looking for a secluded and quiet environment but with the charm of old Florida, this is your place. All the amenities you want are on site and it’s a close enough drive to other interests and activities. We loved it.

Paradise

This was our second trip to The Spotted Grouper and we booked for next year while we were still there. This cottage has all you need in amenities and is just steps from a quiet secluded beach. It will always be my first choice.

Cleanest Beach Bungalow in Florida!

This may have been the cleanest property we have ever stayed in!! We loved the old Florida charm of the home with a great view of the gulf! Within walking distance to the small beach!

Grandbabies beach trips.

First trip for the grandbabies. The beach was close and no one else was on the beach except us. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly with any questions i had. Very nice stay.

Great beach walk!

Love the location! There is plenty to do including just walking the beach or reading. We had a full moon over the water. Our place was very comfortable.

Absolutely relaxing!

We had a great time at The Spotted Grouper! It was so relaxing and quiet. Just what we wanted. Would definitely consider coming back!
