  • 'Reel Time' is a beautiful, very private oceanfront property with unobstructed access to the beach. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an additional large outside shower, this house comfortably sleeps 10. And with decks on both the beach and bay sides, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets year round! The 60ft screened porch on the ocean is also ideal for porpoise watching while sipping your morning coffee. We also have a 300 ft. Dock for fishing and crabbing. We have four crab pots to use.
    With 2 fully stocked kitchens, the house is furnished to host larger groups and families vacationing together. Being ground level with few stairs, this house is also ideal for elderly or families with children.
    If you're here for some of the best fishing , you'll be excited to hear the house is located only 0.5 miles away from the Alligator Point Marina & Tiki Hut. The house is also equipped with a convenient fish washing station to clean your fish before throwing them on the grill for dinner! Or put them in the freezer under the parking structure to freeze before heading home.
    Whether you're here for swimming, fishing, boating, bird watching or fresh seafood, vacationing at Reel Time in Alligator Point is equipped for you!

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation! Two families with a total of 4 kids ages 3 to 8. Once the kids got tired of the beach we would go fish on the dock. Best of both worlds easily accessible. We loved seeing the abundant wildlife including manatees, dolphins, sting rays, crabs, hermit crabs, many types of birds, and abundance of shells. We caught a wide variety of fish from the dock including sharks, sting rays, sand sea trout, catfish, croakers, toad fish, silver perch, and black sea bass. The house was clean and extremely well stocked. We will definitely be going back!

We took our sons and there families including two small children.It was spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. We loved the duplex idea with a barn door separating the two units. We could open up during the daytime and close for privacy at night. (especially having the children to bed early.Loved the large screen porch with a great view of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach, so convenient with running back to the house for diaper changes.Our host was great! She notified me when the cleaning staff had completed the unit and one son was able to enter a few hours early.Another delightful surprise were the Leucistic squirrels!!!

The best beach house ever!

We had the best week at a beach than we’ve ever had. The house had everything we needed from fully stocked kitchens to cook in to a paddle board and kayaks to play with. I can’t wait to book the house again next year.

Great stay!

It was a wonderful place! The kids had a blast and we enjoyed walking the beach and fishing. The porch is really nice! The owners are clearly great people and the neighbors were really friendly.

Great time with family

Loved the house. Everyone had lots of room and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch watching the sun come up and dolphins play and pelicans dive for breakfast.

Worth it!

Second time for this vacation home , Beautiful scenery home was clean and really roomy AC and septic had a problem and was fixed with in hours. Lisa was great definitely will be booking again

Serene by the Gulf

We had a great time here! The water and sand were perfect. The property is as advertised. The 2 kitchens are great for a family that cooks too. By way of constructive criticism the cushions on the furniture and the pillows need to be replaced - minor inconvenience though.

Fourth year at Reeltime and it never disappoints! All you need to bring is food and your bathing suits! Everything else is here! We will be back next year.

Thoughtful and Generous!

We enjoyed our stay at ReelTime. Aliigator Point is a beautiful place, nice and quiet like we like it. The owners thought of absolutely everything we might possibly need for out stay. Truly, such thoughtful owners and great communication. We really enjoyed all the space to hangout in and the porch. The beds and chairs were also all really comfy! Thanks for a great week!!
