  • Unit 2 is a spacious 1 bedroom unit.
    The unit is older style, but comfortable and being the most forward property on the beach side of the road, there is nothing to view from the lounge and deck but nature.

    There is a 15 -20 % booking charge by this company. (The owner is charged as well as the renter)
    It is directly in front of beach reserve leading down a path to the dog-friendly beach, and a path to the river mouth in one direction and the main Pambula beach in the other.
    The unit is part of a 3 unit residence.
    Unit 1 is a smaller 1 bedroom unit next to this unit.
    Unit 3 upstairs is a 2 or 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom or 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom unit.

It was great to be able to bring our dog with us.This is a fabulous location. Views off the balcony are so lovely, even saw lots of dolphins early in the mornings. A very stress free process of booking and arrival.

Great location

A great location overlooking the beach and with easy access to it. Generally the property was clean and comfortable however the bathroom and toilet area was in serious need of renovation.

Amazing Location and Truly Dog Friendly

The unit was spotless, the view beautiful, we watched the sunrise from our bedroom! Fantastic off leash beach right on the doorstep. Definitely a 5 star getaway!!

perfect quiet spot

We loved this little treasure. It is small but all you need for two and a dog. loved the view and the beach. we will definitely be coming back. the owner was amazing, even though we mucked up the booking date. he was very accommodating. and we are very grateful for that. :)

Perfect patch with pets in Pambula

We arrived and the weather was perfect. Our unit was tidy and within a 200mtr walk to the Pambula dog beach and Rivermouth. Once unpacked we sat on the front porch and watched the surfers and holiday makers whilst sipping our drinks. The unit is an original premise which has been split into separate dwellings which are very tidy, with great showers and a reasonably comfortable queen bed. The managers were very responsive to any issues or queries we had. A perfect week away on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. We will definitely be back and will be telling our friends about our great stay.

What a gem: a magnificent off leash dog beach at your door step

Having stayed in Merimbula and Pambula up to 5 times over our 30 years, this beach side Stayz was by far the best. Best for location, an off leash beach at our door step. And after playing with other fur baby locals we could walk around to the inlet to swim in the calm waters. The local fur baby families were so welcoming and our dog Banjo loved his first experience of the surf. given lots of encouragement to test the waters, as well as run and frolick with all his new friends. Pambula has some great shops for food and wares. Oaklands and the local Indian restaurant are a must visit. Tim, our manager was so helpful from booking, to navigating us on the right roads. The accommodation had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable not least the views from our living room as well as the surf sounds soothing us to sleep. Thank you for a wonderful break in a very pretty part of the world.

The location is second to none - absolutely spectacular views, not just from the outside, but on the deck and inside too, and you can hear the sound of waves as you go to sleep. The dog beach was just beautiful, clear water and clean white sand just like the photos, and the locals are really friendly. The host was very welcoming, access was really easy (and didn't involve a hunt for an allusive key or code), and the host provided really helpful and pertinent information.

Outstanding location and views

Our unit was in an outstanding quiet spot with the beach only a short walk from the back lawn and a wonderful view of the beach from the sunny deck. Not to mention the sunrises and sunsets. The unit was spacious and very comfortable with a superbly equipped kitchen with lots of extras that you don't often see. Tim greeted us on our arrival and helped unload the car which we appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would have liked it to be a bit warmer but we did have sun. We will definitely be back to enjoy some R&R in the Summer months. Highly recommended.

Could the dogs have loved it more than us??

I don’t think so!! We had rotten beach weather but still managed to get to the (dogs off lead) beach a couple times a day. The appartment was cosy and clean.We had everything that we needed. Tim and Merryn were quick to respond on the couple of times that we called. All in all a fab holiday and the proximity to the beach is an absolute winner.
