Luxury Remodel in a prime location to watch golf all day long. Large private courtyard welcomes you from the 2 car garage (space for two more cars in the driveway). 2 plus a den sleeps 6 comfortably. All the amenities you would expect for PGA west.
Pool & Spa are just one door away.
As you enter the property you are drawn to the expansive full wall window/slider that overlooks the 12th hole "Moat" of the world famous Stadium course. All day entertainment watching the golfers navigate this challenging par 4.
Once you've taken your eyes off the course, you'll notice the beautifully remodeled interior of the great room with adjoining kitchen. (all new appliances) All new furnishings in the tastefully decorated living and dining areas provide the comfort you are looking to enjoy. 65" flat screen TV in great room.
Enjoy the master bedroom with king bed, double sink on-suite, 55" TV and view of the course through its own slider to the patio.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to the second bath which has another double sink vanity. The Den has a sofa sleeper and desk. Both rooms have their own 55" TVs so everyone will be able to watch their favorite shows.
The great room has a queen sofa sleeper as well to provide room for the whole group!
Kitchen is large and fully equipped for your stay. Laundry is conveniently located adjacent to the guest room and 2nd bath.
Lots of room for a couple or a family to enjoy the beautiful PGA West scenery.

Wonderful facility

Mike is a wonderful host. This is the second year we have stayed. The view is amazing, stocked with supplies you need, my only suggestion is the master bedroom carpet is in dire need of cleaning.

Awesome Stay Again!

We had another fabulous stay at this property at PGA West in La Quinta. The condo on the 12th hole of the Stadium Course has an incredible view of the mountains, is well appointed, and has everything you need for a multi-week stay. This was our second year staying at this property and we're already planning to stay again next year. Owners Mike and Sue Burns are responsive and helpful. We love it and would highly recommend to others looking for a great get-away in the greater Palm Springs area.

Awesome Property!

We spent a month in this well appointed updated PGA West condo. Perched right in front of the beautiful 12th hole green on the Stadium course this location is amazing for admiring the mountain views, watching golfers, accessing the pool and hot tub right next door, and walking for miles around the impeccably maintained PGA West communities. It’s also only ten minutes from quaint Old Town La Quinta, public pickleball courts, a wellness center with great work out equipment, Starbucks and grocery stores. I really can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t love their stay here.

Great place in all respects.

Condo has been recently updated and is very nice. Has everything you need. Location is superb overlooking the #12 green on the Stadium course with magnificent views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Mike could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our questions. We have been coming to PGA West for 18 years and this is the best condo and best overall experience we have had. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful property for a perfect family getaway!

We booked this property for a few days during our kid's spring break so that our family can unplug and enjoy some quality time together. From the moment I reached out to Mike to inquire about booking until checking out, he was extremely prompt to respond and attentive. The property was absolutely stunning and clean. We enjoyed using the bikes in the morning to explore the pga west grounds and come back to sip our coffee on the patio watching the golfers. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare snacks and every meal! Due to COVID we avoided restaurants and prepared every meal ourselves. The BBQ was clean and ready for us to use and we enjoyed sitting outside. Our boys had fun playing chess which was provided for us and going to the pool which was literally one door down! The condo was tastefully decorated and ample space for our family of four to spend time together yet have downtime in our own space. Thank you Mike and Sue for creating such a wonderful space for us to safely and comfortably enjoy. We can't wait to come back.

Immaculate and tranquil!

The photos almost don't convey how beautiful the mountain scenery is at this beautiful golf course condo. Mike and Sue have done a beautiful job with tasteful decor; the condo is spacious and comfortable, everything is brand new and in great condition. Decor is tasteful and it's a beautiful getaway. Hot tub and pool just a few steps from the front door.

Great weekend stay

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds and sofas were very comfy and it felt like staying at home. Whenever I had any questions, Mike responded very quickly. PGA West is also a great location, close to old town LaQuinta and much more!

Wonderful Accomodations

I was in the desert for 3 weeks for the Desert International Horse Show and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property manager was very helpful and prompt with responses. The home was clean and peaceful with beautiful views and a well-stocked kitchen. I can't wait to return!

Renovated BEAUTIFUL property

The owners have done an outstanding job updating and renovating this place! It was the perfect escape after a busy day at the horse show. Just past its garage is a great private courtyard with picnic table, barbecue and string lights for fun outdoor meals. Then enter the house, on the right is one bedroom which can double as a study (pull out sofa for the bed), and on the left a larger bedroom. They share a nice bathroom with double sinks! Kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable appliance. Looking out into a high-ceiling living room, with the gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. My favorite time of day was making a nice cup of tea, and watching the sunrise before anyone else woke up. Master bedroom and bath, also superb. Linens are great. At the far end of the unit, two more lounging areas, just outside of the living room and master bedroom. So many options for socializing with one another, or quiet alone time. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Weekend trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went out to La Quinta for Polo. Mike was very accommodating as our host and super responsive. The property has been completely updated and was spotless. We easily accommodated our family in 3 bedrooms and family room sofa bed with plenty of room for all. The view from the backyard is serene, looking over the course and mountains. We enjoyed meals outside on the patio watching the golfers on the 11th hole. Great amenities there including bikes and a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is gated and is perfect for walking and biking. This is now our #1 choice next time we are back in the desert. We highly recommend this property.

Loved it

Wonderful place! We were disappointed that the bike had a flat and could not be pumped up because the valve was bent. That was the main reason we took this place. It seems that should be checked after every person's stay. But everything else was fabulous. Thank you.

Would come back

I have stayed at PGA West on another occasion. However, this time I really spent time on the property and enjoyed every minute. First, VERY clean and inviting. The owners have many details ready for your stay. For example, coffee filters, washing detergent, COVID-19 mask, anti-bacterial dispenser, body wash, etc. I know that may be a small thing, but my family and I often rent homes when we vacation. We usually have to provide ALL those things and then some. The backyard view was awesome and calming. Whether having a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. There was only one small issue, and that was the BBQ was out of propane. But, that is a first world problem that did not prevent us from cooking our steaks. Also, their communication was VERY responsive. I would get a text answered within minutes while there.
