We have a charger in the garage for your convenience. You can see a photo of the charger in the additional photos section. Remember to bring your own vehicle`s charging cord if you wish to use our charger during your stay.

Family friendly:
Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate young families. We have a pack & play and crib sheets available. A high chair, kids bowls, plates cups and eating utensils. Books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Pool Heater:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday & Fridays. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.

Desert living:
This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.

Please be aware that under the regulations of the City of Palm Springs — including Ordinance No. 2075 — all guests are required to sign a “Rules & Regulations” document prior to arrival. In addition, we must obtain a valid driver’s license from at least one guest for identification purposes. We understand this may feel intrusive, and it’s not a requirement we personally enjoy or prefer. However, compliance is mandatory under city law. If we fail to enforce these requirements, the City of Palm Springs has the authority to suspend our rental permit. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 3 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

Palm Springs Oasis

Enjoyed the house and amenities! Made use of the grill, hot tub and pool. Overall a comfortable stay for seven adults. The master bedroom could use a couple bedside lamps. A noon checkout would be more accommodating, we more than rushed to get out by ten.

Family Getaway

We stayed 9 nights at the house as a family getaway and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and sat the 7 of us easily. The bedrooms were well laid out and we loved the wallpaper. The master bedroom with its king size bed, twin bed and trundle bed were perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 little ones !! The 2 bathrooms were very nice too. We loved the pool ( take note that you have to pay extra for the pool to be heated--100 US per day)and with our stay being in January we needed the pool heated so we paid the extra.The outdoor setup was great with a table, chairs, outdoor sofa, chaise lounge chairs, firepit, tv and barbeque. We really enjoyed all our time outdoors. The house was in a great location....groceries, shopping, sights are all within a few minutes to a 15 minute drive away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time with our kids and grandkids ! Communication with the owners was quick too which was very much appreciated !
