Very cool Mid Mod Donald Wexler 1953 vacation rental home where it's all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine!

The entire property has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway while revitalizing poolside. Fabulous resort-style yard with pool and integrated waterfall soaking spa (no jets), fire feature, outdoor living concept, outdoor dining, including a hammock that hangs under the palm tree coverage creating a little slice of paradise.

The interior of the house is on point! The polished concert floors are sleek and cool on your feet, the vivid splashes of color throughout invite joy, and let's also mention that the furnishings are very attractive, yet comfortable!

There is an easy transition between indoor and outdoor living from every room! If you are a fan of mid-century architecture and hi-style interior design - then you will love this property!

The free-flowing open concept floor plan is great for spending time with your entire group. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy.

The well-stocked kitchen has everything you could need to prepare snacks or a Thanksgiving feast! The interior dining table easily seats 6, so your entire ground can all sit and eat together. All along the back of the house the large glass sliders allow the beautiful Palm Springs sunshine to pour into the space while giving you the view of the gorgeous resort-style yard.

All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality king sized mattresses, ample storage, closet space, and appealing decor. The Primary bedroom has ensuite bath, while the two guest rooms share easy access to the hall bath.

This vacation home rental captures the essence of the Southern California Mid-century Allure. The mountain views are simply spectacular. The backyard itself is like a slice of heaven…private, spacious, and well-presented. The inground pool and spa is surrounded by multiple seating arrangements, large shade umbrellas, an outdoor dining table, a fire pit, and a barbecue grill.

The towering Palm Trees sprinkle the property - adding to the resort feel, and there is also a lawn area that is great for kids and yard games.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Piece of Paradise!

This place was amazing! Immaculate and well stocked with anything you need to play, eat and have fun. The pool was so much fun, laying on rafts, looking up at the sun and palm trees, thought I was in Heaven. The home is beautiful with luscious bedding, towels you name. The Host was so giving, had a little tray of snacks & water when we arrived. Then he came next day and brought us cookies to welcome us. The neighborhood is really nice and felt very safe to stroll the streets at sunset. We will definitely be back!!!
