Welcome to PS Envy! It's a relaxing, comfortable and welcoming home; perfect for the ideal Palm Springs vacation getaway. Built in 1961, this is an original Alexander home featuring his iconic architectural aesthetic Palm Springs is known for. Any guest will appreciate the comforts and amenities the home offers from its sparkling pool to glorious views. Mid-century enthusiasts will delight in the true-to-original décor. You'll find the home open and warm with just enough whimsy to make you smile each time you come home.

Every detail has been considered to suit the home's guests: it has been well-appointed and equipped to suit every visitor. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, shimmering saltwater pool and hot tub, natural gas grill, outdoor dining and plenty of outdoor lounge seating, huge fire pit, gaming court (ping pong, bocce)... every guest will feel welcome! Hi-speed internet is at top speed so it can easily support all your devices. An excellent cable package enhances your retreat experience.

Hobby chefs will be thrilled to cook in the kitchen: stainless appliances, Carrera marble, gas top range... it's all there to entertain the guests you travel with. You can prepare cocktails at the island, just steps from the pool action or use the island as a buffet, just steps from the patio table. Glass sliders offer seamless indoor/outdoor living and the chef never misses a beat! The kitchen has been well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, appliances and more.

The dining room can comfortably seat 8-10 guests for dinner. Situated just off the living room, next to glass sliding doors, you can entertain both indoors and out, at the same time, and still enjoy company from the living room.
There is a great mix of sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest room 1 features a king bed and guest room 2 features a queen bed with a shared bathroom in the hallway (shower/tub combo). Separate from the main home, there is a casita featuring a king bed, private bathroom (shower/tub combo), seating area and breakfast nook. The casita also has its own private outdoor patio. It's a perfect retreat for grandparents, a nanny or a guest wanting to enjoy a bit more privacy while traveling with their favorite friends. If the kids are old enough to sleep away from the home, this is an ideal teenager's wing! There are TVs in each bedroom.

The lot makes for spectacular outdoor living. Off the dining room, there is the patio with outdoor dining and seating for 8-10 guests. Perfectly situated just out and around the corner from the dining table is a natural gas grill. Chaises and umbrellas complete the poolside lounging experience. Recline on the full-sized lounge bed for an afternoon nap or star gazing at night. More chaise lounges ensure plenty of the group can enjoy the sun and leave with envy-enducing tans. On the other side of the yard, you'll enjoy an outdoor gaming court. Yes, there is a ping pong table, bocce court, horseshoes, corn hole, daytime fun at its best! By night, a huge fire pit for an evening under the stars.

This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request an picture of the front of your ID.
- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
