    The estate accommodates up to 12 adults plus 2 children under 12. Palm Springs city regulations prohibit outdoor music at all times and require outdoor quiet hours after 10 PM. The primary renter must be 25+ and present. Maximum 6 vehicles. Pets considered with prior approval and fee. No parties, events, weddings or commercial use.

    Exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors are provided for security and compliance. A rental agreement, ID and guest list are required within 24 hours of booking. Stays of 28+ nights require a deposit and exclude gas and electricity.

10's All Around -- Perfect Stay

Perfect Coachella Getaway!We had an amazing time at this property with our group of 12 for Coachella! The house was spacious, comforting, and beautiful—everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk and/or drive to Palm Springs' vibrant scene.The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from plush bedding to a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the festival.We will definitely be back again!

Lovely space for a small mastermind retreat

The house was perfect for our group. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms which was exactly what we wanted! Well-equipped kitchen, easy walk to the store, coffee shop etc. Lovely outside space. It was an ideal respite :)

Great holiday pad for friends and family.

We stayed at this great property for a long holiday weekend. It looked exactly as advertised and the staff was top notch for check-in and support. The house is surprisingly large and able to accommodate multiple families or groups. I highly recommend it!

Amazing weekend

Leaving a review to say how wonderful the home and the property managers were. We had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave. We have been renting homes in Palm Springs for over ten years and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Palm Springs!

Relaxing wonderful weekend!

We had the best time at this rental in Palm Springs! Great location, great space, super easy to have private chef come and also Joshua tree alchemy to have sound bath experience at the house! Josh even helped us book in house massages! The perfect weekend!

Such a great stay!

This was our first stay in Palm Springs and booking with Palms at Park and we loved this house, the communication was incredibly quick and helpful and the Property Manager Regina, could not have been better. Always a quick response, nothing was too much bother - this was a great experience and the house was beautiful. We hope to make it an annual trip! Rachel C.

Beautiful home & great communication

This home worked perfectly for my group of 12 female friends. We loved that every room had its own bathroom & there was plenty of seating in the home. It was cleanly & well maintained. Beautiful decor & fun outdoor pool setting. The owners were communicative & had someone come out & fix the spa that wasn’t working. We also had Roshi sushi prepare an amazing meal for us at the recommendation of the owners.

Palm Springs Paradise

The owners and property agent were great to deal with and accessible. Our family of 9 people were very comfortable staying at the property. We loved the open living arrangement for gathering and the private bedroom suites for sleeping. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit, as was the firepit and grilling area. The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Lots to do in town -- good dining, shopping and plenty of outdoor activities. Two thumbs up!

Amazing house!

This house was absolutely perfect for a group of 6 couples celebrating my husband’s birthday! The decor and layout worked perfectly! 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, amazing pool and outdoor entertaining area, and a large kitchen stocked with everything you need for entertaining! Also, a table that seats 12 people which was wonderful for everyone to enjoy meals together! Can’t wait to plan our next trip here! Thanks so much!

Awesome Property for 6 Couples

We rented this property for a four night stay with five other couples to celebrate a milestone birthday and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the property. Every couple had a room with a bathroom in each room, which was optimal for our group. The kitchen was a great set up for the group. We had a caterer use the kitchen to cook an outstanding paella dinner for the group. The house was perfect for watching the Super Bowl and essentially having our own Super Bowl party during the stay. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Palm Springs.

Top Notch Rental

We had a family get together with 13 people whose ages ranged from 16 months to 90 years. The house was perfect. Each of the rooms was relatively similar and the dining room table had room for all of us which was great the night we had a private chef in. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the appliances worked well. The owners were very professional and were very prompt in responding back to us both pre arrival in Palm Springs and while we were there. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home but take the noise ordinance seriously!

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly sweet, communicative, and understanding, which we truly appreciated.One important note: Palm Springs has a very strict outdoor noise ordinance. We received a warning for a violation, and were told that any further issues could result in eviction, a 5,000 fine, and legal action from the host for loss of income if their rental license were affected. We take full responsibility for the mistake, but want future guests to know the rules are strictly enforced — even minor noise can have serious consequences.Overall, a great stay — just go in fully aware of the local regulations and take them seriously.

Amazing home for a group

The property was perfect for a large group of adults! Thoughtful details, beautiful pool, fire pit, outdoor shower— what more could we ask for?! We went for my friends birthday and we had the best time. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy breezy. David and Frank were super communicative throughout our planning process, available to answer questions as we prepared for the trip. Josh was available for anything we needed during our stay. It is definitely unfortunate there is a noise ordinance in Palm Springs because this house BEGS for some music by the pool! But we made the best of it and really had an amazing stay. Thanks for everything, couldn’t recommend this home for a big group more!

Loving Palm Springs

We loved our experience at Palm Springs. This new build home is outstanding for a family or extended group of friends. With its generous bedroom/bath configurations everyone feels well accommodated. The indoor areas are beautifully appointed with well curated art and views into the various outdoor courtyards. As a family who likes to cook, there was everything we needed there to prepare meals when we weren’t dining out. The outdoor areas are equally as well done with its outdoor pool, the wading area, the spa surrounded by the deck and lounging areas are very well appointed . Although we never had a chance to use the barbecue it all added to the thoughtful offering. We are discerning Travelers and I must say that for our large extended family this home works perfectly. Lastly the communications from the management company were very thorough and clear. We were met on site on the day of our arrival and provided an easy text Link be able to reach out if there was anything I needed assistance with. Great stay - we will be back !

Great stay with reservation hiccups

We have had a large family gathering in this place for the Columbus day weekend. The place was nice and comfy for the most part. However, we have had some bad experience before our trip. The issue was that the listing is somewhat confusing and wrong on the VRBO website. On the listing it reads that you can have "Max guests: 14 (sleeps up to 14 adults) , but that is NOT true. In fact, it is 12 adults and 2 children. When we tried to figure this out with the host a couple of days before our departure, he was very rude and angry about that, and threaten us with eviction if they are more than 12 adults at the property. We ended up renting an extra room for the extra people to navigate the rules, but the language and confrontation was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I have to say, on the other hand, Josh was very accommodating as we got there later that expected for check in (due to LA traffic), but I wish I could have say the same thing about the host! There were some other minor issues as well, but they are all negligible. (Unfortunately, as I am writing this review, they have not corrected the listing yet.)

Wonderful Stay!

David, Frank and Josh were such a pleasure to work with! The house is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice, and everything was clean and organized. They even had Frank Sinatra softly playing throughout the house upon check-in, such a great touch! The communication between my self and the staff was constant, so I always knew who to turn to for things and what next steps I needed to take. I had a couple of issues remembering how to turn a few things on, so I reached out to Josh, who was very quick to respond, or stop by the house, to make sure everything was resolved. Never have I had such consistent attention during a rental stay. I look forward to returning and experiencing the property with all my friends and family in the future! Thank you again Palms at Park! Can’t wait for my next trip!

Perfect house for large group

A group of 12 of us rented this house for a long weekend by the pool. The layout was perfect for entertaining everyone and enough privacy for each bedroom. The en suite bathrooms were such a treat! Management was super at communicating and always available if we had any questions both prior and during our trip!
