The Space:
Inside, relax on a comfortable sofa in front of an 83-inch Smart TV. Put your feet up, exhale and remind yourself you're on vacation. Outside, a newly renovated sparkling salt-water pool will cool the hot sunny days; and the hot tub will warm you on those rare but chilly evenings. Try your luck at an outdoor game of ping-pong, relax in one of the two outdoor swinging egg-chairs or just float in the pool and lounge in the sun with a cocktail. And there's no need to buy ice because there's a stand alone ice-maker and a huge double fridge for gatherings.

Pool heat is only available between the months of October to February. If you would like the pool heated, there is a $100/day heating fee, billed 'separately' and is optional. The hot tub (set at 102 degrees) is always available at no additional fee.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours to enjoy and relax. The pool and hot-tub are private and the outdoor RETRO surfboard-shower will wash the day away.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Little Tuscany / Chino Canyon, RETRO Relaxation Palm Springs is 1/2-mile from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and 5 minutes north of the heart of Palm Springs with everything it has to offer. Whether you're looking for casual or fine dining, nightlife, sightseeing, hiking in the San Jacinto mountains, shopping or attending one of the BIG EVENTS, it's all easily accessible from RETRO Relaxation Palm Springs.

Getting Around:
Driving your own vehicle or Ride-Sharing is easy. You're just north of downtown Palm Springs where there's an abundance of street parking that's always free.

Maximum of 3-cars overnight parking and 5-cars during the day, per Palm Springs City Ordinance.

Pricing may vary depending on holidays and events happening in the Coachella Valley.

Upon acceptance of your reservation a guest over the age of 25 will be required to sign a Rental Agreement with the management company.

The City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party or renter (the GUEST) be 25 years of age or older. The responsible party will need to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued ID at the time booking.

The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes all children and infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.

No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home (3 cars max). Cars are not allowed behind the driveway gate.

We want you to enjoy your stay. Please be respectful and remember that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Pets are allowed at this property, there is a $75 pet fee per pet.

11.5% TOT tax will be added to ALL RSVP less than 28 days.
1% TBID tax will be added to ALL RSVP less than 28 days.
For rentals 28 nights or longer, we require an additional utility deposit of $1,000 per month. No taxes are due.

*PROPANE IS NOT REFILLED FOR EACH GUEST. If you would like to use the fire pit or the BBQ, it must be refilled by each guest unless it is already there by the previous guest.
