Stayed her for the weekend, Jeremey met us in person and gave us a tour of the house, he was so nice and helpful !!! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay! I can’t wait to come back

We LOVED it

We loved everything about this place. The bedrooms are cozy, the pool house is a perfect extra bedroom for privacy, the pool and hot tub are amazing. the outdoor eating area and grill are so great for a home cooked meal. The inside main area is all cute and open and super vibey. And the property managers are fabulous, they replied to my text immediately and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely adored the property. The main area is perfect and open and cozy. The bedrooms are lovely. The pool area and hot tub are divine! And David and Jeremy were so amazing in their communication. Highly recommend!

a splendid home.

We spent a fabulous week in Palm Springs, and Dive-in played a big role in our enjoyment of this place. The house is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need to cook meals at home--which we happily did. The grill is marvelous, and I'm buying one just like it, btw. We all had plenty of space, the rooms are just as advertised. Clean and pretty. Three of us worked out of our respective bedrooms during the week, and the super fast internet made it a breeze. I had a few questions, and Jeremy was quick to respond and resolved my issues right away. The views of the surrounding mountains are mind blowing, and the neighborhood is quiet. This is my favorite vrbo to date. Absolutely NO disappointments. And that's kind of amazing in itself. Thank you for a great stay!

Some of the best hospitality from a rental company!

NOTE: Due to the LA Fires, my party was unable to stay at the Dive-In and were relocated to another Modern Home Services property. This review is focused on MHS's and Jeremy's hospitality. Less than a week before our trip, Jeremy alerted us that the Dive-In was unavailable for our stay, as the homeowner had to evacuate LA and return to his Palm Springs home. Before I could even spiral, he offered for us to stay in another one of their other homes. With some initial hesitation, we took it.I cannot overstate how perfect, atmospheric, and accurate to the listing the other home was. It exceeded our expectations and made us feel pampered during our week there. Although it's not the same property, I have a feeling that same quality would extend toward the Dive-In.In the chaos of the week that we visited Palm Springs (when the fires were just starting to get contained), Jeremy stayed on top of communication and ensured that we had everything we needed as soon as we checked in. The home is lavish, and there's a handy binder that became our guide to understanding hot to heat the spa, etc. Between the binder and Jeremy being a call/text away, we were able to enjoy the home, its lovely amenities, and feel confident in our stay.I cannot thank Modernize Home Services enough for moving us over to another property in this time of chaos, and making sure our vacation happened. I hope to stay at another MHS property soon!

Nicely appointed and well equipped kutchen

My siblings and I met for 4 night stay: 3 couples and a single. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the kitchen has everything needed. Jeremy was very responsive to my few questions. I'd stay here again!

Absolute perfection

We loved this home! The location was perfect to explore Palm Springs and the Joshua Tree area. The pool/spa were larger than most rental homes and perfect for the 7 of us. The firepit outside was ideal for early morning coffee chats. The home had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving. The amenities were next level and the property management always responded within a few minutes. I can’t say enough about this home. You won’t be sorry. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect Palm Springs House

We loved everything about it. Just as shown great Palm Springs house. Beds were comfortable, pool and spa were perfect, fire pit was cozy. Location was great. Nice and quiet and pretty. Property manager was great. We will be back again!

Sunny Mountain View Retreat, while Poolside

The home was a perfect spot for a getaway with its decor, relaxing pool and stunning Mountain View’s. Everything we needed was provided, and the location is ideal.
