WELCOME TO CASA PALMA!
This high style vacation home is all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine! The private resort-style pool area boasts incredible mountain views, heated pool with integrated spa, outdoor dining area, and gas firepit. Casa Palma includes a spacious concept floor plan, two car garage, and two drive-way parking spaces. 6 Min. from downtown-Palm Canyon Drive.
THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe. The focus is on easy, livable comfort. Bright light and a 1,400 square foot floor plan with glass doors that blur the lines between indoor & outdoor living. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other. Enjoy plenty of space for your entire group to relax and kickback. CASA PALMA is newly remodeled, and everything has been updated for the way we live today - including new bathrooms, new kitchen, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, and a gas fireplace. The new kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Anchored by a heated pool and spa, the back yard contains 4 chaise lounges to assist with your Southern California tan. Enjoy shaded and full sun areas, a gas BBQ, and a modern firepit lounge area with spectacular mountain views. Completely walled for privacy, the pool area is dotted with plantings and towering palm trees. It’s a great space for living the good life!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The deluxe master suite is gorgeous. It has a king size bed with an en-suite bath and direct pool access from the bedroom. The two queen size bed guest rooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.
LOCATION
Located in the Flora Vista neighborhood with peace and privacy, you'll be less than a mile to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Visit Ruth Hardy Park with its community tennis courts, health & fitness trails. Playgrounds, and gardens are all in close proximity to CASA PALMA. You are not far from the Uptown Design District where you will find art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, and cocktail lounges. Don’t feel like driving? Take a short walk to the grocery store, workout gym, casual restaurants, Starbucks, and other neighborhood conveniences!

Rudy was very helpful making the checkin process seamless with no issues. Home is very clean, fully equipped, and great backyard! Group of 5 adults enjoyed every minute. Great location, close to grocer, very clean and manicured neighborhood.

Palm Springs getaway

The property manager Rudy is always so helpful with whatever you need. The property is gorgeous and relaxing. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Close to airport and some of the best restaurants downtown are only 10 minutes away.

Perfect Getaway

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. The house was perfect for us, clean, very nicely furnished and decorated. The pool area likewise was perfect. And what a great location. We could walk to Albertson’s for groceries as well as several restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and very little traffic. I would recommend this property highly. Another plus is the short drive to the airport. We hope to make a return visit!

Beautiful pool!

The outdoor space is perfect. To bad it’s so noisy. Air traffic is so loud you can’t talk at times. Lots of sirens and some traffic noise. Very nice little house. Comfortable bed.

Wonderful experience

Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. Rudy has a beautiful home with all the amenities. He met us personally and took extra time to make sure we understood everything about the home to maximize our experience. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. Location is excellent. Just a few minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. The grocery store, Starbucks and very good Peruvian food is only 700 feet away. We will stay again for our next trip to Palm Springs.

It was perfect. Rudy is a great host. The heated pool and hot tub were the highlight. Walking distance to the store and Starbucks. The home is very clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Love this place, it was our second stay in this home.

Wonderful Stay

A wonderful stay in Palm Springs. The heated pool was an excellent highlight along with the entire home being sparkling clean. A few things to note was that there was a lack of a few things, including tissues, lotion, salt, etc that would be good to keep stocked for guests.
