Everything you could possibly desire is available here, as the furnishings are spectacular, the open floor plan allows for easy entertainment, and full walls of glass seamlessly connect the inside living areas to the backyard, pool, and spa. Soak up the sunshine with a cold drink in hand on one of the lounge chairs or gather around the gas grill for a classic cookout! When the stars come out, head into the gracious living room featuring spectacular mountain and pool views through stunning walls of glass doors, a giant flatscreen TV for movie nights, and plush furnishings for maximum comfort.     Built in 1949, this Palm Springs home is located in the very desirable Deepwell Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs offering easy access to the best attractions. A morning hike at Tahquitz Canyon (one mile west) is always a good idea. Plus, simply walking over to Koffi South Palm Springs for a fresh cup of coffee will be a treat. If you don't feel like cooking, this city is known for its delicious restaurants, so don't hesitate to venture out and grab a bite to eat along the famed Palm Canyon Drive at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky's, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only).     -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
    Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Perfect Palm Springs House

Beautiful house in a very quiet yet convenient to everything neighborhood. The house was very well equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this house and I have rented many over the years in PS.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect Palm Springs Spot for 6!

Beautiful, well-appointed single family home in a great neighborhood. Close to all the great amenities of Palm Springs and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Three awesome bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home and Pool in Great Neighborhood

The home and pool were beautiful. The bed we slept in was comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed.We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book this home again. The Vacasa staff I interacted with were all very helpful and friendly!

Beautiful Palm Springs Getaway

The house was clean and well furnished with lots of little touches that many vacation homes do not have. Pool was great - they had towels, floats and toys. Safe and convenient location. Would highly recommend!

5-Star Stay—What a Beauty!

Fabulous home

We stayed 6 days and had a great time. The home was exactly as advertised and was spotless when we arrived. The house was very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were all updated. Great living space and the backyard pool and spa were great as well.

Lovely comfortable home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even some extras we didn’t expect (toys that our grandson loved, a ping pong table and a corn hole game that our adult children enjoyed and lots of pool toys). The only thing that would have made it better would be if it had a larger outdoor table for meals. We would definitely recommend this property.

We’ve been to several places in PS. This is the best hands down! The pictures don’t do the place justice and the retractable awning is so great! Even when it’s hot out, you can swim in the shade!

Amazing Stay
