The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, baking sheet, and all the dishes and silverware you need to cook and dine comfortably at the indoor dining table. When the mood calls for outdoor cooking, fire up the BBQ grill with barbeque utensils ready to go, then gather around the fire pit as the desert evening cools. The private pool and hot tub offer a true retreat, complemented by a patio or balcony with mountain views that make every morning feel like a getaway.



Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the interior comfortable year-round, while bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, iron, and hangers ensure you have everything you need from the moment you arrive. A laptop-friendly workspace with internet access makes the home equally suited for longer stays. Free parking on premises, a private entrance, and a pet-friendly policy round out the experience, so the whole family — four-legged members included — can settle in with ease.



Guest Access:

Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $100 per night for both.. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions.



Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
