COMMUNITY Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens.
POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES Guests are to read and agree with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. We require a fully completed and verified profile. No Third-Party Bookings or off-platform payments. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure bikes are securely stored in the designated bike storage area only. Bikes must never be left inside the home. Owners are not liable for any theft or damage that may occur. A waiver must be signed by the guest if bringing bikes. Guests must let the host know ahead.
