A quaint little boutique-type hotel. The pool was warm and clean with towels and hats for the sun. Downtown Palm Springs was within walking distance with a myriad of eateries. Finally, the room was clean and the king-size was comfortable.

We had a marvelous time. The location was excellent. We enjoyed meeting and visiting with other guests as well. We had no issues with parking, and check in/out was a breeze. We could tell going into it that the bathroom shower was small, but it worked no problem. We would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. There is no on-site manager, everything is handled remotely. Kitchen is adequately equipped however lacks plastic ware for poolside beverages, food. The pool was not especially clean due to a filter problem but was being repaired the day we left.

The location and outdoor space were wonderful. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The shower left a bit to be desired. Small entry access with faucet head way in a corner which made it hard to stand under. Even so, I would stay here again for the quiet surroundings, yet closeness to the main streets.

Charming Old Motel

We really enjoyed our stay. Although it’s very close to all the action of downtown Palm Springs, our studio was very quiet and perfectly furnished for us. And we were so happy that our pup could enjoy the vacation as well.

A Great Experience in Downtown Palm Springs

You can’t beat the location, and the room at the little resort met all of our needs. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others that are traveling to Palm Springs!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were no other guests as our stay was mid-week and mid-summer. Consider that time of year if you like quiet. Awesome to read by the pool!
