We gutted the condo and just finished renovating in March 2022. Moved walls around and invested a huge amount in making this place our dream. We used high end finishes, furniture and appliances. The final product is not only architecturally stunning and bold, but also cozy and functional.

A stocked chef's kitchen awaits to enjoy family dinners, featuring brand new samsung appliances as well as a toaster, air fryer, coffee grinder, kettle, etc.
The open floor plan offers plenty of space for families or entertaining. The Restoration Hardware reclaimed wood dining room table will comfortably sit 8 guests.

The large living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and is great for movie nights, in our 70 inch smart OLED TV which also has a surround sound system.

The backyard overlooks the golf course, and has a natural gas weber grill, a dinner table for 6 and comfortable seating.

The private atrium features a brand new 6 person Jacuzzi brand spa with 60 hydromassage jets.

Our master bedroom has a beautiful Room and Board steel canopy king bed and has a spa like bathroom featuring a large shower, double sinks and a secluded toilet.
We also have two other beautifully appointed guest bedrooms and bathrooms, one of them featuring a state of the art shower + freestanding tub combination space.
- Rooms feature Brand new Sealy Posturepedic Mattresses, with West Elm Bedding and Ralph Lauren pillows. We also have full blackout shades for your comfort.
- All our showers are spa grade with great pressure and a rain shower head + hand held system.

Theres a brand new GE commercial grade front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room. We provide detergent/softener and other general cleaning products. House is stocked with towels, bedding, etc.

We used designer LED lighting everywhere and added different sources of lighting for different moods in every room, controlled by voice.

The whole house is "smart" and managed via Amazon Alexa devices present in all rooms. House has a premium Spotify account to play anything you want via our Alexa devices.
We also have crazy fast wi-fi, huge 4K QLED TVs with premium cable (HBO and Showtime), and a surround sound system.

We offer Nespresso and Keurig Machines, with a curated selection of coffee and tea.

- Kids are welcome! House has a pack and play, high chair and even kiddie plates and cups. We also have floats for the pool.
- Small house trained dogs are welcome (fee applies). We need to approve in advance.

Our country club is extremely safe, gated, and theres strict security to be allowed in. Very peaceful to walk around and explore the grounds.

If you want a golf cart, we can rent you one. Please inquire if interested.

Guests will have access to the whole house, including the private hot tub in the atrium and the back patio overlooking the green, complete with an outdoor livong room, dinner table for 6 and a weber grill.
- House has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 3 full bathrooms.
- Access to pools and hot-tubs within our grounds is included. Yes, all 36 of them! Enjoy!
- Theres always plenty of free parking either in our driveway or the street. The garage will usually be available as well but will depend on the dates and duration of your stay.
- Golf in our private country club might or might not be available to you as a guest depending on the month and if they are offering guest privileges. You will need to inquire at the clubhouse. You are eligible to purchase a membership though, or round packages (24 or 40) which can be shared with your spouse. Theres no joining fee. The above packages also give you access to the sports complex that boasts a full state of the art gym, some classes, tennis center, bocce courts, etc.

NOTE: Private hot tub is heated year round at no extra cost to you, and is serviced once a week to ensure chemical levels are optimal. We try hard to keep it always working on optimal condition, however, we cannot guarantee it will be in operation when you book as sometimes it has be to be shut off for maintenance or to replace the water, etc.

We manage the property ourselves to ensure everything is as we would expect. We throughly prepare for each stay, ensuring the house is spotless clean and fully equipped.
We are available via text, email or phone before and during stay but otherwise, you won't interact with us as the property has self check in capability.

Less than a mile away from famous el Paseo Drive and surrounding commercial areas, where you find any shop you might need, from Saks 5th Ave to Whole Foods or Trader Joes, as well as the best restaurants and attractions in the Desert.
We will be happy to assist with recommendations, tips and directions. Just ask us :)
1. No shoes in the house please.
2. This is not a party house. We have a decibel meter that will alert us.
3. Quiet hours starting at 10pm - strictly enforced by Country Club
4. No smoking inside - only outside in back patio. FYI - All our Smoke detectors are smart and record smoke levels inside the house. They will alert us if the level changes. They are sensitive. Do not smoke (cigarette, hookah, etc) or vape inside the house as they will get tripped. Our fine for smoking inside the house is $500.
5. Country Club Security requires having your mobile # and email for access
6. Small well behaved pets only (20 pounds or less) - Owner notification before booking & payment of pet fee required. Service dogs dont pay a pet fee but you need to send us the paperwork at the time of booking.
7. Theres no trash service. You will need to take trash to the trash center which is 2 blocks away within the country club.
