The Space:

This spacious remodeled condo at the popular Palm Valley Country Club lives like a house, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a comfortable den/media room.



The open, fully equipped kitchen with a large bar connects seamlessly to the inviting living room—perfect for gathering, dining, or simply relaxing while enjoying the sweeping views of the water, greenbelt, and mountains beyond. In the living room, you'll find cozy seating around the TV and fireplace, or step outside to the expanded patio with a large dining table and built-in barbecue grill for true indoor-outdoor living.



After a day on the golf course or exploring the desert, retreat to the spacious main bedroom with its own private sitting patio and en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and dual-sink vanity. The guest bedroom also offers its own en suite with a walk-in shower, while the full guest bathroom—conveniently located near the den and laundry area—ensures comfort and privacy for everyone.



This home requires a 4-night minimum stay and offers all the comfort, convenience, and resort amenities of a true Palm Desert retreat.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
