This upper level Desert Falls Country Club condo is approximately 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. This spacious, yet cozy condo boasts 1,814 sq ft and is beautifully furnished. The condo features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, brand-new AC unit, vaulted ceilings, west facing balcony with epic mountain views, east facing front balcony, and a large 2 car garage. Famous championship resort golf course with semi-private access. Guest have access to HOA amenities, including: triple fairways w/ clubhouse, driving range, community pool & jacuzzi, fitness center, pickle ball, tennis courts, golf (pay to play), etc. Upper level 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with recently updated master shower, new A/C, gas fireplace in living room, and fully remodeled kitchen with a breakfast nook. Stylish mid century modern furnishings in this cozy gem. Enjoy sublime sunsets from the large west facing balcony overlooking multiple fairways with incredible unobstructed panoramic mountain views. Enjoy sunrise while sipping a cup of java from the large entry balcony. Desert Falls is the perfect place to experience all the desert has to offer!

Close to shopping, amazing restaurants, over 100 renowned golf courses, McCallum Theatre, College of the Desert and California State University San Bernardino, Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa, The Living Desert, Knott's Soak City, El Paseo, and many other popular attractions. Guests enjoy free access to tennis, fitness center, or enjoy diner at the Desert Falls Grill which is located in the Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest.

Guest have access to all of Desert Falls CC's amenities: play-to-play golf (note: guest are eligible for a discounted rate), clubhouse, driving range, 34 community pools/spas, recently renovated state of the art fitness center, tennis, and pickle ball.

Desert Falls Country Club is a well maintained community and is truly one of the desert's hidden gems. The Coachella Valley is home to world renowned tennis tournaments, golf tournaments, and popular music festivals in April. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants, shopping, and much more with close proximity. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are numerous hikes and biking trails for outdoor aficionados. I highly recommend taking a day trip to experience the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, which is the world's largest rotating aerial tram car. Trust me, its an experience you will never forget it!

Sunday Night: Move bins to the curb (trash pickup is early Monday).
Check-out on Monday? Please return bins to the garage.
HOA Rules: Trash can only be curbside 24 hours before/after pickup. Any fines issued will be your responsibility.

This is a nice property with golf course and mountain views. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that the dishwasher had broken before our arrival and we were not told until we asked after trying to get it to work. Not a big issue but would have been nice to know.

Plenty of space in this condo and a great balcony view of the golf course and mountains. The view of the sun sitting on the mountains was nice. Kitchen had what we needed and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The unit is upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, location, and outdoor activities. This home has it all. Thank you, Brandon! We loved our home away from home and fit our needs perfectly— with golf, tennis, pool, bikes, and hiking nearby.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The condo was ready early in the morning of our arrival and great communication with the agent let us get in by noon! Our son and family joined us for a week. Perfect distance to a small pool and even closer to a larger pool for the kids! The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the tv worked great! No plastic flowers! Actually had fresh flowers on the table the day we arrived! We used the grill and enjoyed sitting on the back balcony in the late afternoons. We plan to return to this great condo. We love Desert Falls!

The place was perfect and we had a nice time coming back to the comforts of Brandon’s desert condo. The beds were comfortable and the balcony in the back was perfect for lounging out and relaxing. The TV was full of awesome programming for the kids and we had plenty of space on the huge couches. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area, whether attending the Coachella festival or not. Short distance to the grocery store and the community itself was beautiful. Brandon was also a great host who was careful to be sure we had everything we needed. If you are attending the festival, the place is close to several shuttle stops and provides easy access to and from. All in all we had a great time and I can certainly say we all hope to be back next year!
