This delightful GATED community is perfectly located within walking distance of the iconic BNP Paribas Open, making it a premier choice for tennis fans. If you've attended the Indian Wells tournament, you know that parking at the venue is a nightmare. Leave your car in your free parking space at the condo and stroll back and forth from the tournament at your leisure.

The spacious property consists of a cluster of casitas (small private homes) along with a limited number of 4-Plex buildings with the condominium units. A very limited number of units are 2 bedroom units.

Stand-alone 4-plex buildings give your space the feel of a home as opposed to typical condo/hotel setup: no hallways, no elevators, no crowds anywhere. You rarely see other guests near your front door. Individual buildings are surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and ponds (complete with water features, turtles and egrets). Your 4-plex also features a semi-private hot tub, which is usually unoccupied because everyone is across the street at the tournament.

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is fully furnished and outfitted. It sleeps six guests when you pull out the queen sofa bed. Enjoy AC, cable TV, and Wi-Fi during your stay. Each unit has a full 4-piece bath and a 3-piece ensuite off the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom is fully furnished and features an ensuite bathroom with a king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is fully furnished with 2 twin beds. The 4-piece bathroom is in the hall right next door. The living room has a BONUS Queen sofa pullout to sleep a total of SIX guests!.

Two sets of sliding doors offer access to the outdoors, light and fresh air all through the day and night. One of those sliders leads to your private patio!

The property features two large pools with BBQ, community hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, AND a (free) washer and dryer in your semi-private 4-plex.

Now for the best news: This unit is available during the BNP Paribas Tennis Open tournament! The walk across one busy street (it has a walk light) and one churchyard is around ten minutes. Voila - you are at the North Entrance of Indian Wells Tennis Garden box office.

Feel free to be-bop from tennis back to 'home' for a quick bite and/or refreshing swim. The venue provides a wristband so you can re-enter at will.

Please note that the neighborhood was built in the 1980s, and some appliances, furnishings and features are not updated to 2020s style. However, the maintenance staff is top-notch, responsive to all issues within minutes. Linens are crisp, clean, and unlimited; mattresses are new. Bathroom water pressure is top notch. Grounds are manicured to perfection.
