Designed for group living, the home's open layout features plenty of common area space with strong natural lighting inviting family gatherings. Venture out a bit to discover several local attractions including Waterfront Park, Bing's Landing, Washington Oaks Garden State Park, and the Halifax Plantation Golf Club, all less than 15 miles from your door.

Spend endless hours of fun in the sun while splashing in the fully screened pool and lounge in the shade of the lanai with your favorite happy hour beverage. After the day's activities, unwind in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The expansive kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), cookware, and plenty of counter prep space for at-home meal planning. There's breakfast bar seating for two and meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for six.

The primary bedroom includes direct access to the lanai and a private en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is shared between the three guest bedrooms.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
