    Inside you will find a bright, fresh and newly remodeled 4-level home. Huge kitchen w/new appliances, quartz countertops, loads of seating for entertaining, enjoy the contemporary fireplace! Two large balconies, beautiful seating areas and gorgeous lake views! For the adults-take the spiral staircase up to the 4th level and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the “eagles nest”- the ultimate sunset perch with ocean views!

    For your recreational enjoyment-you will have less than a minute walk to Cinnamon Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and plenty of beach to lounge in the Florida sunshine. The community has two large heated pools available to our guests. The adults only ocean front pool or the family friendly lakeside pool & clubhouse are a two minute walk. Enjoy the many restaurants that Palm Coast offers along with plentiful golf courses in the area. Historic St. Augustine a 45 minute drive north or head 30 minutes south to Daytona Beach.

This was one of the best beach locations we’ve found. Finding a place to accommodate 4 couples and have a place for my senior father is difficult. This home was well-supplied, close to the beach private pool and had everything we were looking for. We highly recommend.

A great house with a beautiful pool, only a short walk from the beach. Dave is an excellent host and was super responsive to questions before and during the trip. We’d definitely stay again. Great for families.

Beautiful and clean house, great location, minutes from beach with a pool that’s ideal for young kids. Loved having the use of the fitness centre and the community pools. Good layout for families and also very well stocked.

We had a fantastic time. Dave was very easy to get a hold of for questions. Loved how close the beach was to this property.The eagles nest was a perfect place to take sunset pictures.

This house is phenomenal. We loved it. I stayed with my 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren ages 10 to 18. It is gorgeous and has absolutely everything you will need. All the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is lots of room to gather as a family and lots of spaces for quiet, private time. The pool was fantastic and the beach supplies were abundant. The beach is so close. Just a short walk basically across the street. The community center was great. Everything was so clean. There is shopping very close for anything you may need. Dave was a great communicator. I would recommend this house to anyone. We have rented vacation houses for our family for many years and this is by far the best.

Amazing!

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Clean and has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need and just a short walk to the beach and pool. We will be back!

Great property in Palm Coast

We've stayed in a Palm Coast house every year for the Daytona 500 race week and have stayed in about a dozen different houses in the Hammock Beach area. This property is one of the better ones with a nicer layout and modern feel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home, wonderful host

We booked the home for an extended family vacation. The home was perfect - clearly Dave takes a lot of care to make sure everything is in great shape. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely pool. Check-in was effortless and Dave was super communicative.We recommend this home and we'll certainly be coming back.

Family Holiday

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. The property is in a great location, and there were 9 of us, and plenty of room for us to all spread out and have our own space. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we felt very welcome and informed along the way. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation at Palm Coast Paradise! We enjoyed the great new pool area every day. Beach access was super close and convenient. Garage is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed. We loved the many balconies, and the four bathrooms gave everyone their own private space. Dave was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Great house with plenty of space! Multiple common areas outside to sit and visit. Two minute walk to the beach where we witnessed a turtle nest hatching! The house comes with all of the chairs, beach toys, etc as well as beach towels! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials and paper goods to get us started! The beds were clean and comfortable! We love Cinnamon Beach and will be back again!

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable. The house was fully stocked with all our needs. Perfect walking distance to the pool and beach with all the equipment you could imagine! If we come back to that area we would love to stay in this house again!

Trip with Kids and grandkids

The pool was great, the little ones enjoyed the ease of walking in and the mini shallow area to sit. The adults appreciated all the safety devices to keep the little ones safe around the pool. Location to the beach and community pool was awesome. Three levels of living worked well with the group we had. Host had great communication

Great place and plenty of room for the whole family. The beach and community are beautiful!

The owner was very helpful and returned my texts the same day. He gave great instructions about where to find things and said to text if we had any questions during our stay.
