Welcome to UNIT 213!! Your perfect relaxing getaway! Furnished with chic decor and stylish furnishings you will surely find your zen! Enjoy sipping complimentary coffee from the private balcony overlooking the courtyard or just stop down and visit the quaint shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone...just a short drive to the beach, golf courses, walking trails, fishing, and water activities.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with:
-Master bedroom with King size memory foam bed.
-Master bathroom that has a rainfall shower and large soaking tub and duel vanities.
-Flat screen televisions in bedroom and living room.
-Wifi and cable.
-Half-bath located in the common area.
-Foldout futon that can also be used for additional sleeping space.
-French doors in both bedroom and living room that open to a private balcony.
-Full kitchen with flat-top range, full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and dishwasher.
-washer/dryer.
-One designated parking space in the garage. There is also additional free parking in the general lot.

Perfect for couples, families, or anyone who wants a relaxing Florida experience.

We provide:

-Coffee
-Complimentary bottle of wine for any stay over 1 week.

Checking In: When you arrive you will drive into the underground parking and park in the designated spot for the unit. Upon arrival into the parking garage there will be a lock-box that will have the key-fob to get you into the elevator to get to the unit. Once you get to there, enter your code provided. Please note that there will be a $50 fee for any lost key-fob.

A great spot with great accommodations. The European village had a good vibe. Accessible to beautiful Palm Coast/Flagler Beach. Definitely worth it and plan to return.

This place was the best I have stayed in the European Village! Only thing I would add is a full length mirror! Everything else you could want is there and the unit is clean and has a great layout. This will be my go to spot

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed on stay at the European Village. The check-in and check-out were very easy. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. It was a great location with many restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Grandson's wedding.

Loved staying there. We stayed for 2 weeks. The place was just as described, very comfortable , clean. I hope to stay there Everytime we go to Palm Coast. The host was very easy to contact and immediately helped with any problem we had. Thank you, Jesse. I just wish someone would open a cafe in European Village that was open for breakfast. 213 European Village Stay (10/19/23-10/23/23)

Overall, my stay was okay. But I definitely had some issues with my stay. Starting off, the hallway is 900degrees. The battery was dead on the keypad so I couldn’t get it in the room. I contacted Jesse and he was fairly quick to try and help. But I needed to use the restroom after a long drive, was sweating, and couldn't get into my room for 15 min. Next I went to take a bath in the big tub and the tub faucet wouldn’t work, so I couldn’t take a bath. Jesse suggested I fill the tub with the shower head.. which I get it, and I did that. But still means the tub doesn’t work properly and the water isn’t as hot traveling from the shower head. My last issue with my stay was at least 15 towels I opened up had black straight hairs embedded in the fabric of the towel. I have photos of it all still. When I told Jesse, he had someone contact me to bring fresh towels. But I potentially had to drop what I was doing on my vacation to let the guy in and I was still half an hour away. Luckily the guy got let in in the elevator to bring the clean towels in a trash bag to set them in front of my door. And thankfully, the towels smelled clean and I felt much better. All that to say, Jesse had a solution for the key pad and the towels. I just felt like he didn’t care due to him being busy “at a conference in Orlando” as he mentioned multiple times. I wanted to pop back and say “yeah, I’m on vacation in Palm Coast, your point?” This was something I saved up for and it sucked that we had issues.

Quiet Getaway

My husband and I loved every minute we spent at the European Village. The host made the check-in/check-out process super easy. Even made sure we were enjoying our stay without any issues. Staying here is great because its soo close to the beaches and just a short drive to any surrounding cities, such as St. Augustine or Daytona. Heading downstairs or sitting on our sitting on the balcony to listen to the evening music is such a treat. Will definitely be back!

Nice Little get away.

This almost looked exactly like the picture. The barstools were a little dated. The mattress was a little too hard. Overall, it was very nice. Great area.
