Come enjoy these open layout houses with large pool and 2 acres of fenced in yard located in palm beach county estates. 2 separate houses with main house 3/2 and the back house 2/2. Very safe neighborhood and great for the families or just to get away from city noise. 5 min drive to brand new Alton shopping center with many amazing restaurants and stores. 10 min drive to Juno beach that has one mile for dogs as well. Close to roger dean stadium and abecoa. Please request both houses when you book. There will be additional cost for both houses.

We had a lovely stay at Savana’s home. We lived in that neighborhood for over three years and just moved in April so we were thrilled to go back for a quick visit. The home was very clean and well appointed. Saana was very quick to respond. We would love to go back again very soon. Thank you immensely

Property is big and beautiful. Neighborhood is also great. The weather was a little crazy that day so unable to enjoy the pool. The property had all that we needed. The host is very responsive and kind.

Great stay and pool with a personal touch

Me and my son came to town to participate in a 16u baseball tournament, we had a great time at a great location staying in this unit was like having a treehouse experience with plenty of room and parking underneath for privacy. Next year if he participates again I hope to get the same location to make more memories and enjoy the great places to eat again in North West Palm and Jupiter Beach.

Our family of 5 stayed father's day weekend and absolutely loved this property! The home was clean, it had everything we needed, and the location was great. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The pool was wonderful and the yard is beautiful.

Digital Nomad for a Month

My H and our dog and I stayed at this home for four weeks during spring training season. Pros: Seriously, biggest Pro was Saana, the owner. Totally responsive. There are no binders of rules. Be a good person, care for the home properly, tell her of issues, and she'll stay out of your hair and fix the problems. Huge Pro.Also, Internet. We worked a lot during the 4 weeks we were here. Two ppl on the internet and phone and video calls. No problems.Another Pro, View. Out the back, you look over a preserved wetland. The vultures had a meeting in one of our trees every afternoon.Last, Dog friendly. We had a 65lb dog with us. The area roads were great for walking, and just two homes down you could get off the road and walk alongside the canals, out of traffic.Cons - SAND everywhere. We ended up buying a swiffer and indoor and outdoor rugs because sand we tracked in, and we did not wear our shoes in the house. The Roomba could just not keep up and it was too loud to run when working or sleeping.The yard had piles of construction debris and seriously overgrown areas. Our dog is an explorer so we did not let him off leash without us being there. He had ample room for him to run and play tho.We used the pool 1x. We worked too much. Last, the showers had no water pressure. I mentioned that in my outgoing texts. I'm sure Saana got on that quickly so you won't have the same prob.The neighbor kids were fine. There was no prob with ppl leaving gates open. Very secluded area.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. The location was convenient for both Spring Training stadiums we went to, and was a short drive to the Jupiter Marina for nightlife and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and was well-equipped for our 8 month old, as well as had enough space for the adults to spread out. We will definitely stay at this unit again when we return to the area - thank you so much to the host for a fabulous experience!

Awesome and spacious!!

My entire family stayed here for a week, it was great! The house is super spacious. The pool is amazing! The only unfortunate things were that the TV is too old for the newer apps on the Roku, so don’t plan on any family movies. The water pressure in the showers is pretty low. There are people living in the other house on the property who also use the pool too and park inside of the fence so the yard isn’t actually “fenced in” for our dogs we brought too, thankfully our dogs don’t really take off so the gate not being closed wasn’t too much of an issue. Our kids and dogs kept trying to go play the dog the other renters have and we were trying not to be a nuisance (they were sooo nice though so it wasn’t a problem for us!) and the yard is… a mess. Lots of debris, downed trees and weeds that if you step on - barefoot - hurt very badly and you’ll need to tweeze the pickers out of your feet. Other than those things, this place is amazing. We very much enjoyed our time here. So glad it was available. Sanaa was incredibly nice too.

Nice house with lovely host

The house is new, clean, nicely designed. Really lovely kitchen which is well provisioned. Nice bedrooms and baths. The host is really accommodating, responsive and friendly. The location was a tad inconvenient for my purposes but other than that, great place!

Lovely Florida Home - so dog friendly

If you have a dog and a 3-year old energetic child, this is the house to stay! The house amenities were perfect for our small family/friend group. We were a couple of professors who just wanted a getaway for spring break that was away from where our students were potentially staying :-) Not too far from the beach and so easy to get to and from. The large open space of the house was lovely and so easy to be in. It is such a smart house! It was so comfortable and sooooo dog friendly! The fenced-in 2-acre yard was an excellent zone to allow our dog to play and keep entertained! It was so easy to find and the parking was plentiful. The neighborhood was lovely for long walks. Finding the toys for kids and dog toys was a nice addition for us as we did not bring much in terms of toys. Great stay! I highly recommend it! Oh - and the pool was lovely! I would stay again!

Peaceful in paradise

Very easy 20 minute ride to Jupiter beach and mangrove. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Highly recommend! We will be staying here again when we come back down. Thanks Saana :)
