Spacious apartment with large furnished terrace and entrance from the famous “Mercato del Capo”.



This apartment, located on the second floor, comes with furniture and colours that mirror the folkloristic soul of this city area.

The living area has a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table with chairs and a very cosy mezzanine floor with a relaxing area and a workstation. The kitchen is independent and well-equipped, fitted also with a microwave and a washing machine.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which with an extra single bed and another one with an extra bunk bed. Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one of which is ensuite.

Outdoors it boasts a wonderful terrace, large and furnished, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air.

Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the nearby parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot.



Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The airport of Palermo Falcone-Borsellino is 30 kms away.

Great space in a fantastic location!

There was confusion about the number of bedrooms, however, there are three - one with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has two twins that can be pushed together and a twin bunk bed. The outside would have been wonderful besides the rain that fell!! The kitchen and bathrooms were fine. We literally were right outside the Fish and Vegetable market - so great! Down the street from all of the sites, easy walking distance to every major site in Palermo. One frustration was asking for a parking lot for our car. The person who checked us in didn't have any idea about where there was parking - however, it was right around the corner!! You should provide visitors clear information about how easy the parking lot is to the apartment. Also, the address is weird, so telling visitors to meet at one of the cafes or other address would be better so that you can more easily check in.

We had a great time! It’s a great location, and nice space but it wasn’t very clean and the apartment could use some updates. There also wasn’t enough storage or utensils for 8 people.

We like the location because it was near the market. Very interesting neighborhood. The worst thing is we could not get in touch with the host. There were six adults and they gave us four sets of towels. The young man that let us in was going to go right back and get us some towels and bring them to us immediately, but that never happened. I messaged the manager, more than half dozen times and tried calling and no one would respond. We finally got The towels that we needed the day before we left. This was unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with.Wonderful Italy, the management company.

Roomy and comfortable

There was plenty of space for the 5 in our family. Having two bathrooms was also nice. It looked like both showers had not been cleaned in a while. The patio was very large and nice to relax in although the furniture outside was not very comfortable, except the hammock:) Having a washer was also very nice to wash clothes for the rest of our journey. The place had WiFi that would drop in and out making it frustrating when we at the apartment. Being so close to the market was very nice. It was busy outside all day but the noise could not be heard inside. Overall we would recommend it but would hope for a more detailed cleaning and an update to the WiFi router.
