  • Casa Mare Blu is a cozy and comfortable apartment on the ground floor of an elegant Art Nouveau villa facing the sea of Mondello. Guests have access to a large private garden surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation that will ensure freshness in the hot summer days and absolute privacy and relaxing moments during your stay. An ideal base to explore the northern coast of Sicily and discover its infinite beauty.
    A few steps from the blue sea of Mondello, it is the ideal accommodation for those who want to experience an unforgettable holiday of pure relaxation: Casa Mare Blu is a comfortable, elegant, welcoming and functional apartment on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building right in front of the sea.
    The house consists of a large apartment (access by a staircase of a few steps) and a spacious garden where the enveloping vegetation creates an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. The strengths of the house are the strategic position to go to sea on foot (in 5 minutes walk you reach the town square and the beautiful golden beach, in high season equipped with beaches that offer all services), and the large outdoor spaces where you will find many corners furnished with tables, chairs and chaise-longues to spend outside the best moments of your holiday such as organizing lunches and dinners outdoors, enjoying delicious barbecues, taking a drink while breathing sea breeze, sunbathing, reading a book in the shade of the pomelia tree.
    The apartment consists of a double bedroom with sea view and frescoed ceiling with Art Nouveau decor, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed upon request of guests), a delightful living room with TV where you can find the sofa bed that can be prepared to accommodate up to two people, a dining room and a comfortable and functional kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with a small bathtub.
    The house is very fresh and breezy; some rooms have air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi. On request we can provide a bed for children and a high chair. Beach umbrella available to guests.

Très proche de la page

Super serviable et endroit super bien situé si vous voulez aller à la plage de mondello. Je recommande chaudement si vous voulez la plage. Juste faire Attention à vérifier quand a lieu le festival sport et musique début mai car avec des petits enfants ça peut être embêtant .

We had a lovely 2 week stay in Casa Mare and enjoyed the convenient location close to the beach and all amenities. The owner and his manager Marina were extremely kind and helpful during our stay and were very quick to respond to any queries we had. We enjoyed the beautiful garden which is well maintained and full of frangipani, jasmine and hibiscus, as well as the odd gecko to the delight of our 5 year old grandson. The kitchen, bathrooms and all areas of the house are comfortable and function well. There is an indoor dining room as well as plenty of comfortable outdoor seating areas. We ate many meals outside the kitchen on the lovely terrace. The main bedroom was very comfortable. The living room functioned well as a third bedroom being somewhat separate to the rest of the house. The living room and main bedroom both have air conditioning. The apartment contains some lovely pottery and artwork. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Apartment in a wonderful location,

Ground floor apartment with easy access to Mondello promenade and beach. Two large bedrooms, bathrooms small but adequate, kitchen fully equipped, albeit no Microwave. Good wiFi throughout, large dining room and separate lounge. Large private garden with seating areas in sun and shade. Alberto met us on the edge of Mondello and escorted us to the property with a parking space reserved, welcome bowl of fruit and essentials in fridge which was very welcome. There are a range of shop local and two good supermarkets within easy reach by car, produce cheap and good quality. Bus stop directly outside with routes to Palermo. Beach is free, good range of restaurants, bit pricy but food good. No onsite parking, on street parking free till end of May, pay parking from 1st June to end of September. On the down side, beach front is busy at weekends and parking can be difficult. Road is noisy as it is part of a one way system, and lot of people use it late at night. Watch out for the mosquitos and the italian drivers.

Een huiselijke uitvalbasis zeker voor strandvaka tie.

Heel goed onthaal. Het huis biedt wat nodig is en heeft alles om buiten te leven... bij goed weer. De zee is aan de overkant van de straat. Heel vlotte busverbinding met Palermo! Kans op nachtlawaai tijdens weekend en hoogseizoen.

Mondello Beach Authentic Sicilian Villa

Our family spent 11 nights in this gorgeous villa. The outdoor grounds were spectacular with multiple seating areas and outdoor cooking area. The location could not have been better it was 2 minutes from the square and across the street from the ocean. The host met us with a smile even we at 2am late flight arrival. They promptly got back to us whenever we needed something. We highly recommend this villa and would be thrilled to come again anytime. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr besonderen Unterkunft. Himmelbett, bemalte Decken, Außenküche und mehreren Terrassen sorgen für eine unbeschwerte Zeit vor Ort.
