The villa features spacious living and dining areas, comfortable sofas, fireplaces, a billiard table, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Traditional Tuscan character blends with contemporary comforts, including air-conditioned bedrooms and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Outdoor spaces include a private 10 × 5 m swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and an outdoor shower; a heated hot tub for four; a landscaped, enclosed garden arranged over several levels; terraces; and a covered outdoor dining area with a large table. The layout encourages relaxed days by the pool, outdoor meals, and evenings spent together.

Menta and Melissa are located opposite the main structure, offering additional independence and privacy.

Checkout: before 10.00 am.
Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1000.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
