"I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. "Had a lovely stay here - sadly the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get the use the pool or loungers but we really enjoyed the impressive breakfast and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short drive to neighbouring towns and the peace was a nice contrast in the evenings. You have the option of eating at the Masseria which also makes things easier if you do not have a car."

There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable.
