Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 6-room villa that spans across two levels and covers an area of 150 square meters. The villa features a beautiful furnishing, including a living/dining room area with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV. This area also has air conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort. There is a direct exit from the living/dining room to the terrace.

Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It has air conditioning and forced-air heating throughout, although the latter is available at an extra cost. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, and a baby cot (subject to an extra charge) available for your convenience.

Other Information
You will have access to two terraces, one measuring 40 square meters and the other 15 square meters, providing ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea and La Maddalena views. A barbecue area and four deck chairs are available for your use on the terrace. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. Moreover, if the maximum capacity of 10 guests is not reached, not all bedrooms will be accessible during your stay.
