"I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel...

"If you’re coming to Granada to see the Alhambra then you need to stay here! We loved the stay in an authentic spot that as close enough to walk everywhere and was tranquil and relaxing. Appreciated the AC working well. Room was very clean and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff helped us find a good bar in town to watch Spains game in the World Cup. I would say, skip the breakfast and go out instead. 10/10 would highly recommend"

"Wonderful hotel and perfect location. The room was clean, bed comfortable, excellent bathroom. The A/C was keeping the room cool, no noise at all. There are nice lockers to store your luggage if needed. Although there is no reception desk, the staff greeted us on arrival and help us with everything we needed, very well organized property. We'll absolutely come back in the future!"

"It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

"We just checked out of the Penthouse and don’t have enough words to describe how amazing that is. There are plenty of bathroom and balconies to explore. Decor is amazing as well. There are only a few properties in Europe where we have stayed over the years and thought that the cost was worth it. This property is worth every penny and we will stay again"

"The property is beautiful, for sure. It is just extremely misleading. Only rooms 10 and 11 are shown in the pictures for double room with Alhambra views. That isn’t mentioned anywhere. Upon arrival we checked into a normal double room that happened to have tiny views of the Alhambra. Reception was unhelpful."
