"This hotel is beautiful. While it is located on a busy street, and my room faced the street, it was very quiet. The location is also within walking distance to many of Brussels' cultural attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Brussels. "

"I only had a day in Brussels. I was awaiting my luggage which was lost on my international flight. But I picked a location downtown so I could walk everywhere and this was perfect. They had reasonable parking as well since parking in downtown Brussels would’ve been more expensive in the car or safe. Staff was extremely helpful with me anout where to go things to do and just really nice. I love the NH hotels. And I would absolutely stay at this location again."

"Our room was spectacular. On the top floor it was a two level room with a private rooftop deck. Featuring A very large living room, dining room and upstairs a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. Truly a unique property and the location was perfect. The hotel does have an elevator but you will still need to walk up some stairs to get to this particular room as it is located on the very top of the building. Worth it!!"

"My honest rating would be about a 3.5 but that's not an option. Room small but fine, except for the water we had all over the floor after every shower, with no way to drain it. Only way to control it was with lots of towels. Wanted an extra blanket, but the first person I asked couldn't find one. It wasn't until about night five that I was able to get one from a staff member. Staff was professional, just not super informative. Breakfast is just okay. Same thing every morning, which I did eat...

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "

"A great location close to transit and to the historic sights of Brussels. There is construction around the hotel but no noise. The hotel smells wonderful, provides lovely coffee, tea and biscoff cookies. The breakfast is good too. The room was large with a nice street view and had good amenities. Highly recommend! "

"Great location; room not exceptional for the price"

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."

"Room was very spacious. Hotel was clean. Mini-fridge in room with available microwave in lobby if needed. Quiet room. Location is not in city center but is near several places to eat including a small plaza with several eateries. Park nearby. Less than 5 minute walk to the closest train station which would get you to city center in about 10-15, so semi- convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions.
