Apartment located in a protected natural paradise with 25km of wonderful sandy white beaches. The spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean gives unforgettable emotions day and night.
The accommodation is just 300 meters from the sea and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean at 180 degrees.
The total silence is interrupted only by the music of the sea and by the slight rustling of the wind.
By foot you can get to the world's largest Surf / Kite Surf center.
The apartment is approximately 55 sqm, fully furnished, consisting of a large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, outside panoramic balcony. It is equipped with fridge, washing machine, sofa bed in living room, LED TV, coffee machine, kettle, plus the most complete kitchen equipment.
The complex has a wonderful swimming pool available for guests.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of ​​the island, allowing fantastic nature hikes of all kinds and every kind of water sports (kite surf and wind surfing) to a few meters.
On foot you can reach Renè Egli, the world's largest wind surfing / kite surfing center

Perfekt für mein Urlaubsbedarf gewesen

Das Mietobjekt ist kein Luxusapartment, aber es ist alles da, was man für die Individualversorgung benötigt. Und die Lage des Ferienobjektes ist phänomenal wie ich finde. Ein toller Blick auf den Ozean morgens. Etwas Meditatives hat es gehabt. Man muss die Art dieses Urlaubs mögen, weil das Objekt ziemlich einsam auf einer Anhöhe liegt und die Ortschaft Costa Calma ca. eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Ich bin allein gefahren und suchte mehr innere Einkehr und Ruhe sowie eine gewisse Enthaltsamkeit von Super Buffets im Resort als Party und Spaß. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist der klasse Einsatz von Francis (Vermieter), der sich um alles kümmerte und mir jeden Morgen Tipps über WhatsApp für den Tag schickte. Ganz toll.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im PARADIES

Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday in this very nice apartment. Not only the very good equipment of the apartment has made our stay unforgettable, the view of the beautiful bay, the sunrises and of course the variety that offers Fuerteventura has impressed us very much. Ein Apartment zum wohlfühlen. Liebevoll dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer und Costa Calma und auf die Sonnenaufgänge ist großartig. Vermieter Francesco ist jederzeit erreichbar und mit vielen tollen Tipps behilflich. Er ermöglichte uns eine frühere Anreise und ein späteres Check-out. Danke Francesco!

Stunning view!

Geniale Lage mit hervorragender Aussicht an einem der schönsten Strände der Welt! Voll eingerichtetes Appartement, alles ist vorhanden, wir haben uns exzellent wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was für uns Voraussetzung war. Francesco ist ein traumhafter Gastgeber, der Kontakt und Informationsfluss mit und zu ihm war herausragend! Tipps zu Restaurants und Zielen auf der Insel kamen viele von ihm, das hat uns sehr geholfen.

Tolles Apartment und netter Vermieter

Wir haben im September eine tolle Woche auf Fuerteventura verbracht. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir haben viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Toll!

Das Appartement ist komplett neu renoviert und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr zweckmäßig. Es ist alles da was man braucht (neuer großer Kühlschrank, neue Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Fernseher, Fön, Wäscheständer mit Klammern, ...). Toller Blick aufs Meer. Kurzer Fußweg zur Windsurf-Station. Schöner und gepflegter Pool. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter ist fast immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und antwortet schnell.

Great ocean view apartment

The apartment has an amazing view over the ocean and the nearby lagoon. It is well equipped and ideally situated to explore the south of the island. Only minutes away from a small town where you can find all the necessities. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. The pool is nicely sheltered from the wind. Excellent service and communication from the owner. Would love to return!
