  • Nuestra preciosa vivienda se encuentra justo enfrente del mar en una urbanización muy bonita y tranquila donde podrá pasar unas vacaciones estupendas junto al mar, esta completamente reformada y decorada con mucho gusto, cariño y amor, dispone de con zona de aparcamiento. Esta a unos poco metros del mar, Costa Calma es un pueblo turístico a 1 km de la vivienda tenemos un centro de Windsurf y Kitesurf, al norte tenemos La Pared que es un pueblo pequeño muy frecuentado por los amantes del surf.

La ubicación está muy bien. Por el contrario, la calidad de los muebles e instalaciones no era la razonable para el precio pagado por una semana. El sillón con la tapicería sucia, que no daban ganas de sentarse. Faltaba una persiana a una de las ventanas. La bañera presentaba al lado del desagüe, una grieta por oxidación con color negro. Esto es lamentable.

Saubere Wohnung mit sehr schönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr sauber und es gibt einen tollen Ausblick vom Balkon. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, man kann auch den Sonnenaufgang sehr schön vom Balkon verfolgen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, für 2 Personen ist die Größe der Wohnung und die Ausstattung super! Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, perfekt, um sich auszuruhen. Der Strand ist nah an der Unterkunft. Das einzige, was ein wenig weiter weg ist, ist ein Supermarkt. Man muss ca. 20min. zu Fuß laufen, um in einem größeren Supermarkt einkaufen zu gehen. Es lohnt sich vor Ort ein Auto zu mieten, un auch die Insel und andere Orte besuchen zu können. Patrick hat immer schnell geantwortet und war immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles!

Stylish decor within a spacious apartment containing everything you need + a great view!

The holiday was perfect - the balcony receives the sun all day and one morning we watched a pod of Dolphin and a Pilot Whale in the bay below as we ate breakfast! Patrick met us and gave great advice and was even considerate enough to offer to drive us to the Supermarket. We chose to walk the short journey. There is plenty to see and do. We hired a car for the last three days of the ten day holiday. Ideal. We could walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach walk at low tide is worth doing (take some money and pop into the beach bars en route). We recommend this apartment without reservation.

Lovely apartment with all day sun overlooking Costa Calma bay.

The apartment is in a beautiful well maintained complex with lovely gardens on a quiet road with very little traffic on the eastern side of Costa Calma.This apartment is spotlessly clean and has all one needs for a restful stay.Patrick the owner is a delightful gentleman,who is very attentive and responds promptly to any requests.Highly recommended and we hope to return next year. Brenda and Joe
