    Fresca y recientemente renovada casa de 1 dormitorio. Cómodamente adecuado para cuatro, pero puede acomodar a seis, con dos sofás dobles en el salón y una cama Queen en el dormitorio.

    Koru Cottage está situado en una pequeña comunidad de cabañas similares que le ofrecen seguridad y relajación con su propio estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública.

    A solo 200 metros de una playa tranquila y hermosos paseos por los arbustos. A menos de 1 km se encuentran las numerosas actividades, cafeterías y restaurantes del centro de Paihia.

The cottage had everything needed and was extremely clean, with a handy sofa beds option. Communication was excellent upon booking, with clear instructions for locating and accessing the property.

The cottacge was as we expected and had all they we needed to make our stay a success. Our Host was easy to contact and very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed having this cottage as our base for the 6 days.

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed.It was close enough to walk to town and close to the beach.We recommend visiting Waitangi, Treaty grounds. Also, suggest taking a trip to Russel and visiting the beach on the far side of the island. An easy walk.Would return again.

"Koru Cottage" is truly awesome ! So tidy & everything is well thought of - the kitchen, toilet & bath, lounge/HRV, BBQ area, rear lawn. Added bonus is the quiet surroundings. Definitely my family & I highly recommend this property.

Good & Nice Place for a small family

Lovely cottage

This was a cozy little cottage in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities one could want. Books, games, a nice kitchen, and wifi were all there.

Fantastic stay in Paihia and the wee place we booked was perfect. Quiet location, clean and fully kitted with everything we needed. Easy walk into town for a coffee and cheese scone or the beach for a swim. Our host responded to any questions we had prior to arrival, during our stay and after, Marylin was very helpful. Even though we were on holiday I was provided a table and office chair for a Teams Board meeting, thank you much appreciated. We would stay there again, Jonathan & Deb.

Amazing time in Paihia

We had a wonderful time in Paihia and especially at Koru Cottage … the location was ideal; walking distance to all the activities; adorable cottage which was well appointed, with spacious deck and backyard. It had everything we needed !!!Definitely recommend the property …Robert

Bay of Islands Treasure

The location of the unit is ideal for visiting attractions in the Bay of Islands. Its a lovely walk into town and the wharf, the beach is literally at the end of the street. The unit is well equipped and spacious to make your stay enjoyable, things like beach towels and pantry condiments were much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable, the sofa beds were surprisingly good. The communication with the onsite person was excellent and very helpful. We would love to stay here again

Cosy Bach

We had a lovely stay at Marilyn’s well-equipped and cosy cottage. The location in a small community of baches on the edge of Paihia was convenient and wonderfully quiet (note we were there in the off-season) - though a car is recommended if you’re not big walkers and want to get to the main town. Marilyn was quick to respond to and solve minor queries. We loved our stay in Paihia and our breakfasts on your sunny deck. Thank you!

Great little cottage

Great unit, roomie, has everything you could possibly need and more. A great location, just two or three minute drive to town.Our only concern was the loss of Internet connectivity halfway through our stay. It never did come back and eliminated the use of the television for anything other than DVDsof which there is a large selection provided.

Great escape by the bay

We had a wedding to attend in Paihia, and stayed at this gem for a couple nights. It was a 2min drive to the township, and walking distance to a beach. Great facilities and comfy living space. Marylin was great to deal with and was super accommodating. Can't wait to make another trip up!

A little bit further out of pahia than some people would like, but it was lovely and quiet and the local taxi guy was awesome and very cheap, about $7 back to the batch if you've been drinking and generally gets to you within about 10 mins. batch was awesome, had everything you could need expect a dryer but has heaters and a clothes rack (although i guess this normally wouldn't matter at all we just had quite a rainy weekend) . other than that it was a perfect little getaway, :)
