Roundham Heights can be found on a quiet road with a degree of peace and tranquillity expected with Paignton holiday cottages, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location in Torbay. Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 2-minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10 minute walk.



    1 Roundham Heights is a ground floor apartment with sea views from the living room. There is a designated parking space at the front of the property and 1 Roundham Heights has a small patio area at the front. Entry to the apartment is gained from a communal hallway.

    The property has sockets positioned at waist height and includes a wet room, as it has been designed with accessibility in mind for individuals with limited mobility. It is wheelchair accessible with some of the doors appropriately wider to accommodate wheelchairs. The property also includes a walk-in wet room with a shower chair if required.

    Dogs should not be exercised on the communal areas of Roundham Heights and must remain on a lead at all times.

More than what we were expecting [great time in Paignton!]

We stayed at Roundham Heights for three nights. It's a very relaxing and calm area. For our family there was adequate space and I found the sleeping quarters comfortable. Excellent kitchen, which is well-stocked with equipment and crockery. Very easy access to Goodrington Beach (which on a sunny day would be amazing) it is a seven minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. It was lovely opening up the lounge curtains and seeing the bay every morning. The property is a bit dated, but we didn't mind that too much, and we enjoyed playing board games and reading. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea and coffee and cleaning items. Would have liked a few more board games and books. Really enjoyed our little break in the English Riviera. Rating 3.5/5. I must add, the heating failed on the last night, and I had to recharge the boilers. [The radiator's need bleeding and rebalancing] Besides that, we had a very lovely stay at Roundham Heights

The apartment location couldn’t be faulted and we were able to park the car for the week and walk

The apartment location couldn’t be faulted and we were able to park the car for the week and walk or bus everywhere. We were 2mins from the dog friendly beach which was a bonus with the dogs. We were disappointed when we arrived at the apartment at the standard of cleanliness. The TV stand and side tables hadn’t been dusted and the kitchen worktops also needed a wipe down. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our week
