    Maui by the Sea es una hermosa Alquiler - un ideal casa con vista al mar situado en una propiedad frente al mar entre Paia y Ho'okipa, en el escénico y emocionante costa norte de Maui. Nuestros dos pisos casa de estilo plantación tiene unas vistas preciosas de un océano con olas de zafiro baile. Simplemente sentarse y relajarse en la terraza cubierta privada y disfrutar de la vista!

    Ambiente tropical con todas las comodidades del hogar:

    El apartamento con aire acondicionado central de 500 pies cuadrados se encuentra en el piso de arriba (en la planta baja está el garaje abierto), rodeado por un hermoso jardín tropical hawaiano con bambúes, palmeras, jengibres, heliconias y árboles frutales. El interior es acogedor y elegante. Un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio, cuarto de baño completo, cocina completa y complementar el diseño.

    El océano es su patio delantero.

    Caminar en el patio delantero, y ver los surfistas disfrutan de las olas azules hermosas! Maui por la propiedad del Mar está situado justo en el océano, al frente de una ruptura de surf popular local. El entretenimiento nunca se detiene!

    Su casa está a 150 pies del océano. (El acceso al agua es posible, pero no hay playa en frente de la propiedad, sino que es una costa rocosa). Una playa de arena está a 200 yardas de la casa con acceso para el windsurf, el surf y el buceo; o si lo desea, simplemente tomar el sol en la arena dorada.

    Un corto viaje por la costa te lleva a Baldwin Beach, la mejor playa de la costa norte de Maui con largos tramos largos de arena blanca, aguas cristalinas, socorristas, pabellones, y duchas.

    Con 18 años de experiencia, Maui By The Sea siempre ha operado bajo un permiso legal del Condado de Maui y nuestro permiso actual es válido hasta 2021.


    Sea cauteloso cuando se elige un CABAÑA

    El Condado de Maui requiere que los alquileres de vacaciones y B & B obtengan la autorización para el funcionamiento legal. Los operadores ilegales están siendo contactados actualmente y la aplicación seria y el cierre de las casas no permitidos comenzará el 1 de enero de 2013.     Absolutamente NO fumar dentro o fuera de la casa o en la propiedad. Ninguna vela encendida o llama abierta.
    Las horas de silencio son de 9pm a 8am.
    Desde la casa de huéspedes se ve el techo de la casa del propietario y el océano. Nuestros huéspedes son bienvenidos a caminar en cualquier parte de la propiedad y usar las sillas de jardín junto al océano. No hay playa en frente de la propiedad, es una costa rocosa, pero es posible acceder al agua para practicar snorkel y surf.
    Una playa de arena está a 200 metros de la casa.

Incredible lanai ocean views, tropical flora and fauna. Walking a short way to the beachfront lawn and watching the sunset and ocean life was wonderful. Valerie and Craig could not have been more hospitable. This is a great find near Paia! Charming cottage, great kitchen and views from the bedroom were all pluses.

Valerie’s cottage is very well kept and furnished. Rarely do we fun a good sharp knife and cutting board in a rental kitchen! Our hosts were attentive and very helpful. The views are outstanding.

Best cottage getaway in Maui!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location I’m Maui to do so many of the things we wanted! Valarie & Craig live on the property too which we didn’t know but wasn’t a problem at all! They were so nice & let us eat all the oranges off their trees that we wanted :)

Wonderful little cottage - perfect for us two. Location is great for cyclists and kiters like us . Stunning ocean views. Wonderful hosts. Everything you need in this well equipped place in paradise. 5 Stars all around.

Great views! Perfect stay for a couple.

I found the place even better than photos! Road noise was no issue. We really enjoyed the deck off the unit and its amazing views of the ocean. Valerie was a great host.

Maui By The Sea

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The ocean in front of you. The beautiful beaches and so close to downtown Paia. Everything about this was excellent. The owner of the property was so helpful and nice. She and her husband are locals and are right on the property so that was also very helpful. A beautiful little getaway that was perfect.

This property exceeds every expectation. My partner and I were utterly spoiled staying here. Valerie Craig made us feel at home with this amazing accommodation, which served as our private nirvana during our stay on Maui. The property's fruits were delicious, and the ocean view made us want to stay for the duration of our trip. We had many lovely BBQ meals on the balcony. We truly felt like we hit the jackpot by staying here.

Perfect cottage and delightful hosts!

Valerie and Craig (owners) have raised the “host” bar; they both truly embrace the meaning of “Aloha.” The property and cottage are very well maintained with all the comforts of home. Now, let’s talk view- Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! It was a relaxing week of fun, excellent food, conversation and at day’s end it was a joy to return to “Maui by the Sea.” Truly.

Cottage in Paia with a view

Valerie's cottage overlooks a beautiful topical oasis and full ocean view. The cottage was tastefully designed and just the right size for two. There were views from every window and a wonderful deck to enjoy our home made meals. The location was perfect to easily get to town, beaches, wonderful restaurants, and all that the North Shore has to offer. Although, it was hard to venture out as I could have stayed the whole vacation right there at the cottage. Valerie and Craig were also very helpful and a joy to know. We are already looking at our calendar to plan a return trip. Mahalo to our wonderful hosts!

Way better than 5 stars*******

All we can say is “Wow”. The cottage is so cosy and has anything and everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation! The bedroom looked out onto the ocean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The living room had a plush comfy couch and large tv which was nice to cozy up on in the evenings after a long day in the sun. The kitchen had every piece of equipment you could ever need including a juicer with an endless supply of oranges on the trees outside. Bbqing and eating on the lanai overlooking the ocean was incredible. It was perhaps the most relaxing vacation my husband and I have ever had! If we could more than 5 stars we would. Oh and Valerie the owner was so nice and her communication couldn’t have been better. We had zero issues with check in, our stay or check out. Highly recommend…. Just don’t book the dates we want to come back😁

Nirvana By The Sea

Maui By The Sea was a perfect island getaway. The cottage and property were both charming, the cottage was clean and a wonderful private space, the yard and gardens were quite peaceful, and having the chairs for guests right at the water's edge, was a wonderful touch. We looked forward to watching the sunset every night! Valerie and Craig were excellent hosts, very welcoming and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The property was convenient for everything we wanted to do: beautiful beaches, sightseeing, and shopping. We would highly recommend this property, especially for those wanting a private getaway from hotels and crowded condos.

Fantastic spot

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Valarie and Craig were amazing hosts. Check in and out were incredibly easy. The property had a view of the ocean and a beautiful area to hang out on a shared lawn overlooking the sea. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely try to stay the next time we visit Maui.

Cozy cottage

We found the cottage just as described in fun Pai'a. It is well appointed (everything you need in the kitchen) and very comfortable. Valerie has thought of everything to make a stay there great. Watching the surfers and turtles from the chaise lounges is a highlight, and the beach is just a few houses away with plenty more turtles. Loved picking oranges off the tree just outside our door for fresh squeezed juice each morning.
