This home is located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best fishing in Pagosa is found. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. A deck and back yard facing the lake with a hot tub and BBQ. A great home to bring your dogs and enjoy a vacation with your loved ones.

On the main level there is an open kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the water. Half bathroom, garage access and the master bedroom with a king size bed. All heated by radiant and central heat with a gas fireplace in the living room.

Downstairs, you'll walk into a large entertainment room with a smart tv and sound system. There's a sliding glass door leading to the hot tub and back yard. One bedroom with a king size bed, another large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom.

This home is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross county skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation area.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog.
There is no swimming allowed in the lake.

This home has a detached garage that houses a pool table, ping pong table, large tv and couch for enjoying this newly renovated game room. The deposit for this home includes the usage of this room as well as the security deposit for the main house.

This home and garage entertainment room and simply great. The home was comfy and located right on the small lake. Between the daily fishing and hot tub after a solid day of hiking mountain, we really appreciated the home and it's location to the mountains and city both. Even though VRBO warns against signing documents outside of their website, due to the amount of scams us consumers have to deal with, I did sign his docs and additional 1000 deposit was sent back, in the end. I really don't like dealing with this because not all of these homeowners are honest, but again thankful for the home and time spent with there!

This house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need. It had a huge empty pantry for all our food we brought. You can't beat the views from all of the windows. We brought our propane fireplace that worked out perfect on their deck. It literally has two separate living spaces. It would easily accommodate two families. We had fun playing pool and ping pong. You can't go wrong renting this place. We didn't want to leave. My husband and I were there celebrating our 40-year wedding anniversary. They left us a card and bottle of champagne. They also leave a bucket of snacks. We will definitely be back.

The layout of the property was perfect. I have a special needs daughter and having the bedroom where the kitchen and living room was perfect. The balcony was easy for us to access with a wheelchair very nice to sit all day and enjoy the views. The game room was a plus kept my 2 teenage boys busy, very nice property.

Lovely Lake Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, clean, located near all the outdoor activities we were interested in checking out, and had awesome amenities. Our pup loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the ease of access to the lake, relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub, as well as the hospitality we received. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the game room, but it looked like a lot of fun!

Bad Property Management Company(PMC) of a great property (

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Froze the first night because the heater didn’t work. Messaged PMC “24 hour support” that night and had no response until the next day. PMC questioned if we knew how to operate thermostats then dropped off 4 portable heaters. 2 were filthy. PMC also sent repair man next afternoon. He told us the radiant heating pressure was at ZERO. He set it to 15. Probably something PMC should check before allowing guests. PMC never followed up or apologized for the issue. Poor cleaning job. Hairs inside sheets, trash left in drawers all around the house, disgusting grill & over grown grass in yard. We watched the neighboring property mow their lawn before guests arrived the next day. WARNING!! PMC charges a VERY EXPENSIVE deposit that’s not mentioned on VRBO and processed outside of the VRBO payment system!! Bathroom pictures on VRBO were outdated. New his and hers sinks. Guestbook outdated with the wrong WiFi password, trash pick up day, and false statement of complimentary laundry soap. Main bedroom light was inoperable.Overall, we would not stay at a property managed by this company (VIP Vacation Rentals) again. The property itself is great. Beautiful lake view from deck/balcony, ping pong and billiards in the detached garage, awesome house layout. If it was run by the owners or a different company it might have been a great stay.

Beautiful Lake House

This house is perfect for one or two families, and dog friendly to boot! We had ample room to spread out, the property was clean and comfortable, and all the little necessities in the kitchen were appreciated. Fishing from the house dock wasn't feasible when we were there with the aquatic plants, but a short drive around the lake kept us eating amazing fish. The dock was great for launching our kayaks and paddleboards though. Highly recommend this place. Very relaxing!

Best vacation ever! Beautiful and peaceful!

Home is right on the lake. Great fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. House is furnished nicely and lay out is great for 2 families as it has 2 living areas.
