Get away to this luxury, family-friendly home right on the golf course, with amazing mountain views and a short walk to Village Lake and hiking trails! This property has it all and is perfect for a getaway year-round. Pagosa Springs and the San Juan Mountains have activities all year, including warm-weather fun like mountain biking, fishing, paddle boarding, golfing, and hiking. Winter activities include sledding, tubing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, which has "The most snow in Colorado," with 430 natural inches of snowfall annually. Villa Moreno is also near the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, downtown, grocery stores, and the world-class hot springs along the San Juan River.

Villa Moreno is a single-story home with open-concept living and high-quality furnishings. Gather around the gas fireplace and play games. Or use your account log-ins to stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV, with a soundbar and high-speed WiFi for enjoying movie nights. The immaculate, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island open to the living room is an entertainer's delight and is equipped with all the latest conveniences. Enjoy using the gas cooktop stove, the stainless steel appliances, and bonus gadgets like a coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, toaster, and mixer. The dining table and bar seating ensure plenty of room for all to have a place at dinner. The washer/dryer is also conveniently located in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen and the pantry.

Relax and rest in one of the exceedingly comfortable beds. The plush primary suite has a walk-in shower, a large smart TV, and a Blu-ray player. One guest bedroom has a smart TV, and another provides a desk, chair, and monitor for remote work.

Villa Moreno also has a lovely large back patio with a dining set and patio string lighting. This is a great place to relax and take in the views, whether watching hot air balloons take off as you have your morning coffee or sharing a meal with friends as the golfers pass by. Don't forget to take soothing soaks in the outdoor hot tub during your stay!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful well-appointed home with hot tub

Our family of four enjoyed our 4-night stay at Villa Moreno. Kitchen had everything we could want. There were so many details that made the home organized and convenient to stay in! House was clean and beautiful. Hot tub was welcome after our ski days!

Spring Breakaway Bliss

We had a wonderful time in this home. We were able to bring my son’s dog along and everything was ready for all of us when we arrived. Dog beds and kennel available-even though we brought our own. We cooked meals and ate comfortably in the well stocked and organized kitchen. We even rested our muscles in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The couch was comfy for lounging as were the beds when it was time to turn in. Everything was simple and easy to use.

Well appointed, nice house, wonderful stay

We've stayed at many vacation rentals, most of which were more expensive than this one. The home is no more than a couple years old and it seems most things in it are no older than that. Everything was in working order, generally in great condition, and was exceptionally well appointed. There were more kitchen place settings, glasses, and gadgets than I have in my own home. Everything had its place with a matching label. There was no guessing about light switches, as they were all labeled. The king bed was comfortable, the ceiling fans were the quietest I've encountered, and the windows opened easily to let the cool night air in. While it doesn't have central air, it does have a portable air conditioner (not used by us) should you neglect to close it up in the day after letting cool night air in. The house is in a nice neighborhood that seems to be safe and is convenient to shopping for necessities. City Market is every bit as nice as grocery stores I normally shop at. Chow Down Pet Supplies next to City Market is a great pet supply store, should you bring an insufficient supply of dog toys.

Very Nice Home!

This property is very well done and is absolutely perfect for a family to stay at while enjoying Pagosa Springs. The inside of the home is very well decorated and the kitchen is stocked with most items you would need during your visit. Our girls LOVED the room with bunk beds and spent most of their time in there as they thought it was so cool to have their own TV in their bedroom! The whole house is very welcoming and everything is labeled for your convenience. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Pagosa Springs in the future!

Winter Wonderland

Our small family immensely enjoyed our winter stay at Villa Moreno and were quite impressed with the quality of this property. The feel was homey and EVERY possible amenity was available, but we were especially impressed with the kitchen, as we love to cook. There were smart TV's in every room, games in the cabinets, easy garage access, a cozy gas fireplace, and even Alexa smart speakers to play music on. The views from the backyard were lovely, even some mountain ranges were visible! The only issue we encountered was a missing garage door opener but after a few text exchanges, we were informed there was a welcome center where we could pick one up. For anyone who is curious, the house was a 40-minute drive to Wolf Creek, <10 minutes to downtown Pagosa, and 5 minutes to Walmart, City Market, a fabulous coffee shop, and a handful of restaurants. We hope to return in the future!

The house was absolutely amazing! Kitchen is VERY well stocked! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this house, as well as stay there again. Top of our list for repeat visits to Pagosa, for sure!!
