Clean and roomy. 6 of us stayed at the house. Great views. Washer and dryer. Each couple had their own bathroom. The rooftop patio was awesome for stargazing. Host responded quickly. Would rent this house again!

This is a fantastic property! The host made everything super easy and was very accommodating. The house was very clean and beautiful. This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this property and both times were equally wonderful, and we plan to stay again next year!

Great location for boaters

This property is in close proximity to State Line Launch Ramp, Lone Rock, as well as a gas station and Mexican restaurant which was a very pleasant surprise. The home's set up was ideal for our group and had something for all ages. Three bathrooms is perfect for families or groups and the size of the indoor/outdoor space was nice for those who require some time away from the group. LOL! There is boat parking in the garage for those who require it. A nice hot tub to relax in after a hard playday on the lake and of course, A/C and showers. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.

Perfect for lake Powell!

Stayed with a large group of guys for lake Powell. Very clean and accommodating. Boat fit in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Close to a gas station and the marina. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Weekend

We had an excellent experience here! This house is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, very quiet. Close to Lone Rock beach and also close to town. The rooftop patio is awesome with a lake view and lots of views of the nearby cliffs. It was also enjoyable to sit in the hot tub at night and view the stars. With the house lights turned off, the sky is just as dark as when you are camping on the lake which allows for perfect viewing of all of the stars. Andrew's communication was excellent and always timely. The kitchen is well stocked - had everything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. We will stay here again!

First class virtually new home

Just got back from four nights at this wonderful VRBO. It is almost brand new and wonderfully outfitted. Everything we needed was there down to the smallest detail. Spices, shampoo, kitchen, utensils, etc.. There was a huge doubled garage, which could easily handle a large boat. The home is well located with easy access to horseshoe Bend on the Grand Canyon, antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Andrew was super responsive to our requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfect for 3 families

Even though it’s about 15 minutes from downtown Page, it was ideal for our big group. The deck on top was beautiful at sunset. And the taco shop down the street had good breakfast burritos.

nice new property in a lovely locale

Andrew was very responsive and thorough. Relatively new property . spacious common area. Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. Excellent hot tub and great views of sunrise especially from the terrace. Quiet area and easy access to Page. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Two-Night Family Stay in March

My family of 4 had a wonderful two-night stay at this property in late March. It was out first time visiting Page. The property is a few miles from town, but the nominal extra travel time was worth it for the view and the serenity. The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the basic necessities. Communication with the property manager was excellent and check-in/check-out procedures were a breeze. Gorgeous view of Lake Powell and Navajo Mountain from the rooftop and main living area. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and adults. We could not have asked for a better visit and highly recommend this property. Thanks!

Great house and Andrew was awesome.

We loved the property. Andrew was very nice and helpful. We would stay again. Wish it had window coverings in main living space which faces the road. Couldn’t find a blow dryer?
